Been with commerce over 20 years. There's 2 banks in liberty neither has a change machine. They need to get one. Have a bank but can't turn my change in. Unless I want to drive a long way to another commerce. If they don't get it fixed soon. I'm really deciding changing banks. It's been months and just hear same excuse.

I put money in the bank before a check come in Aug 22 then looking at the bank account .That night everything was Clear and had money left .I got a overdraft $37.00 on Aug 24 .(For no reason )They’re ripping people OFF just to pay for their new bank.Run away from this bank!They’re removing Negative reviews by paying for it to be Removed..Beware!

BE CAREFUL, A KNOWN STALKER and former sheriff's deputy “Wes" AKA Phillip W. Lowe WORKS AT THIS BRANCH. Can not believe that a bank would hire somebody with such a background who has access to all YOUR personal information. Scary situation, I thought he looked familiar. My business will be taken elsewhere.

Not happy you put CASH in the ATM it doesn’t deposit for 2 days.Its CASH not a check CASH should go automatically in our Accounts.

Matt (Whitney) was the teller who helped me, and he was extremely professional,smart, and fast!! I was very impressed, I gave up on regular banks a long time ago, because of their impersonal, and unfriendly manner. He changed my mind, and I plan to open new accounts here. Thank you for the excellent service!! It is greatly appreciated especially in today's climate!! Will happily be back!

Ive been with Commerce since I was 17. They're great if you want basic online banking, deposit, withdrawl, etc. However if you have a problem and can't get to a physical location (like when you move away), the customer service over the phone is a pain to deal with and trying to transfer money from a different back is near non-existant when there is no physical bank nearby to go into. I got hung up on instead of put on hold on the phone 2 different times.

This is by far my favorite Commerce Bank branch. The staff is efficient and very nice and helpful with any questions.
