I went through the drive-thru. They were friendly and fast. Very knowledgeable.

I like Commerce Bank. I have been with them for many years and have always found good service. It isn't one of those huge impersonal banks If you regularly go in the bank, the staff usually recognize you. I think this makes a big difference and is what I prefer when utilizing these institutions.
