I have a busy day of travel ahead of me, so I was there before they opened, so I was waiting under the awning so I could get out of the rain. An employee pulled up and instead of calmly letting me know that they were not open yet (I was aware) and asking me to leave until they were, he decided to yell from his car in a very aggressive manner. When I tried to say okay, and explain why I was there, he cut me off, yelled at me about the homeless dude sleeping right there (who I don’t know? I didn't even see him) and peeled off to go park. I left because I didn’t want any more issues. I will bank through someone else.

Horrible customer service, and they save your information in their system as a customer when you fill out a slip to receive change, including your ssn DO NOT USE THIS BANK THEY ARE STEALING PERSONAL INFORMATION TO BUILD THEIR CONSUMER PROFILE

It's an old school financial institution that speaks for themselves. I would recommend Commerce near the top 5 if not number 1. And thanks to all of Commerce Bank associates

I had an account with Commerce for 9 years and even though I showed loyalty, they did not return the sentiment. Commerce did not have any perks to banking, no cash back and sadly, they do not supply single females with loans. I attempted to get a loan last year in order to purchase a vehicle and/or pay off debt and Commerce does not support single females. I would suggest reading all of the fine print when beginning a banking relationship with Commerce Bank. Ask yourself if you trust a bank that has such a low rating.

This is the ATM I use when heading to attractions downtown. It's right off multiple interstates and has a drive-thru ATM.

Terrible customer service...Lauren the bank manager has declined my calls intentionally. They’ll happily pre-approve you for a loan but will change the terms afterwards. I’d 100% recommend that you do not visit this location.

My elderly mother moved states during covid year for a family emergency and during the move and getting settled in a whole new place her account went negative. Without allowing her to fix the (small) insufficient amount they called her other states bank and told them to close her account. That is not legal. Also, continued to refuse to allow her to pay the insufficient amount even after she moved back to the state of MO. Thankfully I was able to get her into a good bank that saw that small amount and listened to how they had made it impossible for her to pay it off or open an account with any other bank. Horrible people and shady behavior/shared customer information.
