Everyone check your invoice when checking out. I had two extra fees added onto my bill for two rooms/two nights. The cost was 18.00 for a "green fee" and an "arena fee."I asked them to remove the fees because anything that doesn't say "tax" on it, well....they are just charging you extra. If a line item is actually a "tax" the hotel must have it listed as a tax, not a fee on your bill.The hotel owner tried to tell me that the green and arena fees were a tax. They aren't. They are not far away from KC stadium and just add the fee because people don't bother to have an invoice printed to see their fees.The owner said it was a city tax so I called Kansas City, MO and Liberty, MO to ask if they charge this fee.Choice is known for charging safe fees, plastic succulent plant fees, sanitizer fees, service fees, etc People, look into these fees and check into them before you pay your bill.

Booked 2 nights with points. Room was kind of rough and a little dusty. Staff was friendly and breakfast was decent, but overall not as nice as Comfort Inn usually is.

The room was nice and clean. The pillows and bed are very comfortable and I slept well. I took my son to swim the water was nice and warm. Towels were provided for swimmers. The staff was very friendly. I enjoyed the breakfast and it was well stocked. No issues no concerns.Rooms: The rooms were nice and clean beds are comfortable.Nearby activities: There’s so much to do. Shopping, restaurants, theater.Safety: It is safe a nice community.

Stayed here for a tiny getaway with my family…and so the kids can swim. They had a blast in the indoor pool. Breakfast was delicious and there was a buffet variety that everyone liked! The price was reasonable and we will definitely keep this on our list of hotels we loved!Walkability: Gas station, grocery store, restaurants…all within a 5 minute walk

This made about our 4th stay at this hotel. When we travel through KC we stay at this hotel. The staff is always helpful and friendly. We ask for a quiet room and it is always clean. I have nothing but good things to say about this Comfort Inn.Rooms: Quiet, clean, and the beds are awesome!Nearby activities: Movie TheaterWalkability: Has all kinds of shopping and eating places.

The staff is awesome! We had a little issue with wet carpet and they addressed it immediately. They were very nice, rooms were very clean, and the full hot breakfast was great!

before you think this place is safe from bed bugs because the mattresses are zipped up your wrong . found tons of bed big blood on the mattresses and curtains even the pillows and got bit 6 times in my sleep please don’t go here if you don’t like being bitten if you do good luck just telling the truth .

Great value, friendly staff, good location for highways, restaurants and stores. Breakfast very basic, limited hot food choice. Biggest issue is irregular house keeping. Best feature is comfy bed and no noise = good night's

Hotel called ma a week before our stay to tell me they were going to cancel my room THAT I BOOKED IN JANUARY FOR THE TAYLOR SWIFT CONCERT. They said they were doing maintenance. I have two friends that booked rooms two months after me and they weren’t called I called Choice Hotels since I’m a ten year rewards member and they called the hotel and fixed it. The morning of our checkout they called us at 11:06am as we double checking the room to make sure we hadn’t left anything and told us checkout was at 11am and we needed to leave. I have never had such a bad service experience and won’t be going back.

The water in the bathroom sink it would not turn off it just ran the faucet was broken the toilet seat was not bothered down it just went everywhere when you sit on it the plugs by the bed did not work the lights by the bed did not work the room for a suite was small. Also went there to get away for a few days but as soon as 6:00 a.m. came you could hear kids running down the hall stomping at 6:00 a.m. in the morning late at night also they would be running through the halls staff didn't seem to worry about it the coffee table they had in the room one of the legs were so loose it almost fell as soon as we put something on it the other three legs were kind of loose

In town for a wedding while staying here. Price was very affordable. Very outdated and room smelled like cigarette smoke when we walked in. Door to bathroom would not close properly. The most concerning were what seemed like patrons parked and sleeping in vehicles in the parking lot. One man was dumpster diving and and then walked to the vehicle he was sitting in for hours. Unfortunately we would not stay at another Comfort Suites because of our experience.

The location is great - near lots of restaurants and shopping, and right off the interstate. Front desk was friendly once they arrived (it isn’t manned, so you have to call for them on the phone). My biggest complaint is the housekeeping, as it’s obvious they didn’t replace all the linens …one pillowcase had stains, and another had obviously slept on. Luckily there were several pillows so I just set those off to the side. The hotel itself is showing some wear.
