Very friendly staff, but…… when I walked in and saw “$75 fee on denied firearms purchase“ that was a dealbreaker for me doing business there. I was a gun dealer for 14 years, never heard of anyone charging when someone got denied. Plus $55 for two people at the gun range is quite high when I can drive to frontier for $34. It’s still the nice same old show me shooter gun range only with a heater. Zero complaints on the gun range itself, just the prices. The place looks really nice and clean, they’ve done a great job with it.

They were clean and courteous. They cannot process refunds, so they say. Think twice before you swipe your card. Two Stars because I believe they were lying to my face. In this day and age a business, that can’t process a return shouldn’t be in business.

Just took my conceal and carry course here. The instructors were so helpful and incredibly informative. They gave me shooting tips and guidance that I needed as someone who is new to gun control and usage. I would recommend anyone who is new to guns to come here and gain information and experience. This environment is judgment free and helpful. During my day long class I was able to ask questions and gain information in such an insightful way. I will be returning to practice my skills and make purchases. Thank you guys so much!

Any person that is serious about using firearms will always preach practice and training…well not this crew. If you come to their facility they will strongly discourage you against training. So much so that they will have the “big boss” come out and try to intimidate you by slapping you on the back as hard as he can while you have a firearm in your hand. This wasn’t due to patrons performing mag dumps or silly shooting from the hip like a western movie. No what upsets these guys is slow smooth drawing from concealed and putting one maybe two shots on target. Apparently training is not something they do at this location. It’s a shame. They advertise USCCA partnership and training however I am a card holding USCCA member as well as have a family membership to this shop/range but apparently it’s all for show. Don’t come here attempting to refine your skills or to get better with your life saving tools, just be happy with static shooting at paper targets one round ever 3 seconds.

Purchased a rifle from their online store, and was available to pick up in just a few business days. The whole staff was friendly and easy to work with! Highly recommend ?

Very friendly folk, I had no trouble purchasing a rifle. I’m glad I chose to go to claycomoshooters. When the firearm comes in I shall write another review.

Maybe fine if you only use the range and/or buy what they have in the store, but the online operation is a mess, and there seems to be a general "blame the customer" mindset if something goes wrong. I ordered some product from their warehouse, and I mistakenly ordered the wrong item (my bad, I openly accepted that). I emailed the email address on the order within just an hour of the purchase... and two more times over the next day.... and got no response. The store claims to have tried to call me but "couldn't leave a message" which seems odd since I have no problem getting calls or voicemail from anyone else. I don't know why they tried calling me at all since I contacted them by email and didn't ask for a call, you'd think they'd just respond to my email. The only email I finally got was a subject-line-only "Special Order Items are In at the Store" that was otherwise completely blank. When I went into the store to pickup my order (the part of it I wanted) the guy at the counter reacted like I was some kind of troublemaker and only then did I find out the shipper had billed them a COD charge for the order, and the guy at the counter reacted like it was me who had done something wrong, that it was somehow my fault that they and the warehouse/shipper had a misunderstanding. I had to wait while a manager called and cleared up the COD charge (that I had nothing to do with, I simply ordered from their site and paid everything it said to pay) but instead of apologizing for the hassle and for not returning a single one of my follow-up emails he chastised me for not taking their calls (Why would I answer an unknown number that didn't leave a voicemail?) and then acted like refunding the product I tried to cancel within just an hour of ordering -- days ago -- was a big hassle. I was on my lunch break with very limited time so I just rolled with it, and accepted the mis-ordered product I didn't want (I'll find someone who can use it). I truly wish them well, I always prefer to support my local businesses, but this is the last purchase I'll make here and I'll not recommend them to anyone.

Knowledgeable, safety-minded, encouraging, and realistic are terms that describe the staff at Shooters well. It's clear that they are well equipped to serve those with years of firearms experienced. And for folks like myself, brand new to handling a gun, this is the place learn! Treading new ground, I was a bit nervous. Instructor Kimeka explains clearly, is patient, and builds confidence. Their prices are quite reasonable, staff are glad to answer even the most basic questions. After two classes, I find I have a new and enjoyable hobby and look forward to learning more! I hope never to have to us my firearm other than at the range, but it's a great feeling to be building the skills in case an occasion arises where I do have to defend myself or others. I was glad to find that, at age 68, it's not at all too late to get started learning to handle a gun safely and effectively.

I just use it because it's the closest to my house. It's okay that people are nice there. The range has about six lanes it's never been crowded
