Was traveling for work and spent four days in Kansas City. Found that City Gym KC was open early so I checked it out. They have a very friendly and helpful staff. Great selection of free weights, machines, and cardio equipment. Very reasonable daily rates. Will be my gym of choice when traveling to KC!

I’m not a member but popped in to take some yoga classes from Sedona. I love the atmosphere, classes & equipment options, and if I didn’t have another gym, I’d join. I’m a swimmer too, so not in my future. But I will highly recommend it to anyone considering it. Great job!
