Absolutely horrible. I will not be shopping at this location again. Sales person was very rude. She also attempted to charge full price for an item that was on a sales table and had been price checked earlier. If I had not examined my receipt, she would have gotten away with it. Also sales items were not marked and you had to basically price check every item to see if it was on sale. I have shopped City Gear in the past with no issues. This was by far my worse experience at a City Gear.

I tried returning a pair of shoes to get a bigger size only find out that the store have been closed 15 minutes before it's official closing time. Even though it was a customer still in there shopping and two cashiers at the register. I thought the darker complected woman was coming to let me in instead she confirmed they were closed and notified me they will be open tomorrow at 12:00. I am the manager of a retail store this was completely unacceptable and unprofessional and I will never be returning.

Came to this location for the first time to buy online pick up in store. Never kñew this location even exists. Allways go to hibbet Brywood shopping center and was told to go to this location they don't even carry that shoe. The young lady with the dreads and glasses was very rude sorry don't know her name. Came in said I'm here to pick up a buy online pick up in store said my name as usual. She asked where is my receipt told the other young lady (staff) would you look for her stuff because I don't want to be irritated because she doesn't have her receipt. I have no idea what this young lady was going through nor does she know what I been through. Just buried my 22 year old daughter out buying my grandson , my daughter son a pair of sneakers and she had the nerves to say she gone be irritated. I left because the app said pick up as soon as 2:30. For one my email said 23 hours ago that my purchase was ready for pickup but the app says something different. Anywho watch how your treat people you don't know what we're all going through. Left the shoes never picked them up won't ever be back at this location

I visted the 1612 East 63rd location and I was pleased. This location had plenty of options to choose from.

I went to two locations. Overall both locations were clean had a good selection (I would like to see more choices for women) and staff were friendly enough, especially at 63rd in Raytown.
