This was the worst experience I have ever had with a mortgage company. They were absolutely ridiculously controlling on what money I could and couldn’t use to close. Changed the closing cost higher seemingly daily, and also were terrible at communicating back with me. Worst company ever and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone

Started the process in summer 2019 and due to their incompetence and slow response times, was unable to refinance because Covid. They kept taking almost a week to reply and then would request an additional document. I'd send that, wait another week for a response and they'd request another additional document. They kept asking for tax forms for the wrong business entity type even though I had to send them the entire articles of incorporation! Covid was in international news but they told me an appraisal ($500) was the final step to close. They sat on the completed appraisal for a month until Covid closed things here and they required additional docs. These were so specialized the business would have had to generate them solely for this purpose.As a comparison, in 2021 and despite major income losses for the past year and a half, we signed a refinance with a local company just over a month after the initial application. They were able to tell us EVERY SINGLE needed document at once.

I had no credit rating . No bad but completely off the grid. Churchill mortgage was willing to work manually underwriting. Joanna Redden was very responsive and helpful. Will use them again.

This has been the worst experience of my entire life getting this mortgage I strongly discourage you guys from using Churchill as if you do not have a comfortable experience with the mortgage broker they force your hand to keep with that Mortgage Broker and not suggest a new one. Churchill mortgage waste your time they do not contact you in any matter And I just feel that people that file Dave Ramsey should really look at other companies besides Churchill like rocket mortgage their customer service in my opinion is way better than this company. To reiterate I feel this is the worst experience of buying anything or doing anything in my life do not use them for a mortgage

It was important to us was that we felt like we were people that could realistically achieve a dream rather than a bank banker that tended to just seem like they're just trying to make quota. Joanna and her team never treated me like I was an inconvenience or a wasted any of their time when I had repetitious questions over the months. They helped me overcome obstacles to realistically help to achieve a dream! Definitely recommend them for your housing needs.

Just closed on our house & out of the 3 home buying experiences we have had, this 1 was the most positive. We found them through Dave Ramsey's recommendation & I am so happy we followed through. Working with Joanna Redden was such a positive experience. The process was very streamlined & expedient. I found the website online easy to use & informative as well.
