Never picked up my food for delivery. Let it sit there for an hour with no way to contact them. They need to be removed from Google delivery options ASAP

Horrible company, order food and they don’t give you the option to remove everything you want, but only certain things… makes a lot of sense??

Don’t pay any cent this unresponsible company. I made an order online in Austin. ChowNow got my money about which I made a meal order. But Restaurant was closed on that day and they didn’t make my refund.
