I got yelled at by the girl at the counter that I "wasn't a customer." Meanwhile my payroll checks get deposited into the chase account that I was holding the debit card for. I wasn't trying to withdraw, just exchange some bills. Needless to say my girl and I will be taking everything out mon and shopping for a new bank. Very bizarre experience.

Chase is difficult regardless.Big bank, don't care attitude.Unfortunately Samantha who is the branch manager perpetuates this attitude rather than trying to make it more personable. I rarely have to go inside a bank anymore but when I do I actively try to avoid this branch.

Working as a third party company with this company Chase Bank is horrible most the tellers don't seem to know what they are talking about! They state that they have no way of filling out verification forms for third-party companies! I personally would not recommend this company for anyone!

I had an excellent experience at Chase Bank. The establishment was welcoming and extremely clean which made me feel secure. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They explained everything to a T" and navigated me through the process. I was in and out feeling completely satisfied with my service. I would strongly suggest backing with Chase.

It was first time opening a bank account and I was little nervous. But a young man working there named Isaiah Macdonald was really helpful and he help take me through every process. He was really patient and he also did a very good job in answering all of my questions. I would definitely recommend going their if you're looking to open an account, or if you're looking to do anything bank related.P.S Their staff is real helpful.

What should of taken a day took almost 2 weeks to do a wire transfer and almost lost out on a $100k contract. Not sure if this shared experience is all of Chase, Branch etc. My opinion is based on a specific branch. Enjoy

I just love Chase Bank and I was so excited when they finally made it to the KC Metro area. Ive never had any problems. And Jordy at the new branch on 77th Stateline was Awesomely Pleasant.

My fiancé and I opened a Chase credit card about a month ago. Since we have opened the account, it has been declined over 5 times in around 10 attempts to use the card. Not only is this embarrassing but is severely inconvenient. We spoke with the Chase fraud team on multiple occasions each time the fraud team member saying this would resolve the issue, but it never did. When speaking with the team members it was very hard to understand them as they had a very thick accent and poor phone connection which just added to our frustration. Probably the most frustrating thing about the entire situation is we have many friends that have a Chase credit card that had nothing but good things to say about Chase and they had zero issues. Not the case with my fiancé and I. We eventually were so frustrated that we ended up having to cancel the account as it just wasn't worth our time to call Chase nearly every day to tell them the charges were not fraud but us just living our normal lives.

contacted the state line branch to inquire about non banking customers cashing a check drawn on their bank and if an appointment was needed. Spoke with a gentleman who said that no appointment necessary and that they could cash the check. He then proceeded to ask how much the check was for and for the account number on the check. I gave him the amount ($7,000), he then tells me that they cannot cash a check for this amount since I am not a banking customer there is the potential for fraud and that I need to go to my personal bank and cash my check. First of all, the funds are always verified before any bank thinks about cashing a check that large, secondly, this check comes from Fidelity investments, hardly think any fraud involved here, AND, thirdly, why on earth would I need to go to my bank when the check is written off of JP MORGAN CHASE? I recently cashed an $8,000 check drawn on UMB bank and it was NO PROBLEM and I'm not a banking customer there either AND it was a PERSONAL CHECK..So, not sure why they would'nt honor their own checks, but I've NEVER heard of this!!

Need a full canopy over the ATM machine especially with a touch screen machine. In the rain you can't even use the machine.
