She is very professional and extremely knowledgeable about the business and Kansas City market. She has assisted me by consulting with me on other deals that I didn’t need to hire a realtor for but needed some market advice. CELT is a great company to buy and sell with.

Terrible management group. The owner of my home stopped using this group a year ago. Now that our lease is up the land lord is trying to get deposit and lease information and Carletta nor LaShonda are of any help or have any paperwork or documentation. When we were using this property group they sent crack heads to do repairs and the property was filthy when we moved in. Everyone is related so Carletts dad will "do repairs" or tell you how to repair it yourself or LaShondas cousin does minor repairs but he isnt even good at that. no descended contractors. Carletta will argue with you and tell you youre a problem if she doesnt want to do something. Just terrible people with terrible business etiquette.
