The 2 ladies at this store are absolutely phenomenal! They far supercede any other sales representatives ive ever dealt with! If you are in the market for a new phone thats the Verizon store to visit!

Went into this store about a week ago. My phone wasn't working at all. Couldn't make or receive calls, couldn't text or receive texts. I was frustrated to say the least. Sam helped me out. He was very knowledgeable, polite, personable and attentive. I can't remember the last time that I received good service like that. Awesome experience.

The most unethical and deceiving offer terms. They were offering $25 a month per line for a familiar unlimited plan of four lines, and I keep getting charged over $300 every month. Just plain dishonest. Avoid them at all cost. Even the lady that work here reassured it was going to be only $25 a month, Liar. Shame on you!

The staff here is terrible, and there was no lines nobody else was in there obnoxious people working there.. I won't let Verizon get a bad name because of their staff they just need to fix that problem at that store...

Decently peaceful atmosphere, right next to Walmart. The employees customer service may vary, however the lady I spoke with in person was very charismatic.

Was with them 24 years! They started going up on their prices anybody on the market could give you twice as much at half the price, and all of their phone reps and service people were offshore and very very hard to understand

Almost 2 hours in this store to just get 2 upgraded for my buisness account. I literaly just walked out the door after the 6th phone call and them having no idea how to help me. This is a knock off Verizon store and they will just spend the whole time calling supervisors and Verizon specialist to help them navigate the situation. I would recommend staying away from this place. What a waste of my day.
