Recently bought a Nova Hybrid w\ adjustable base. It has completely changed my sleeping habits. I was getting roughly 5.5 hours of sleep a night before and now around 7.5/8 hours. That has made an incredible difference in my days/weeks. Invest in a decent bed. Casper has a solid product. Great people to work with as well. They don’t force a sale on you. They want you to pick the right product.Update: I went back into their store months later to check out more bedding for the fall time and I was amazed Bill still remembered my name. Very impressive.

Doug is an absolute rockstar. Personally handled a shipping mistake and kept installation on time so I didn’t have to sleep another night on an uncomfortable mattress that wasn’t working for me. Can you buy a Casper mattress online? Sure. But then you would miss out on the incredible customer service the Plaza store provides. This will be my second Casper, the first one lived a full life beyond its warranty and I replaced it with something super firm that I thought would help my back (it was way too firm). Am so happy to be back with a Casper!

Our experience with this particular store was terrible. Our platform and mattress arrived and the platform was very damage in several places. Wood was chipping off on the side. I called serita ( the manager) and she said she will send a replacement right away. I told her I can send pictures and she said fine if I want to. The pictures bounced back from the email I was given. I also told her we will need to have them set it up for us since it was a struggle to get the huge box inside and and uncrate it. She said no problemWe did not hear anythingAfter 3 days of not hearing anything, I called her and she said she needed the pictures. Which is odd that she had not said it was a requirementAlso being a manager I thought it odd she did not call me.I sent the pictures and again. Nothing.I called and left a message two days later and she did not return my callMy husband called 2 days from that and she said she will order it and it will be a few daysAgain after not hearing anything and not receiving tracking emails he called and she said there will be no trackingHe called 2 nights ago and no answer so he called the customer service and they did not see any orderWith that he told them to just come pick it all up. That's pretty ridiculous.The sad and wierd thing is casper does not care. There was no offer to help at all. Too bad because it's a nice mattress

Doug was very helpful when me and my boyfriend were looking for a new bed. We called ahead and scheduled a nap appointment, tried out a few different mattresses, and decided to go with the Original Hybrid. We were able to order in store, and Doug was happy to call up customer service to make sure a delivery hold was placed on our order so it would not arrive before we made it to our new apartment. I would recommend this Casper store, and Casper mattresses in general to anyone looking for a new bed. It may be more on the pricey side, but the bed is well worth it.

Outstanding Experience! We visited Casper on the Plaza briefly on Friday afternoon and then scheduled a return visit for this afternoon to make our purchase. Doug was by far one of the best associates I have worked with in years. His knowledge and attention to my detailed questions were immediately answered with correct and helpful information. I truly appreciated the time he spent with us making certain we were satisfied and he was able to multi task making sure everyone in the store was being served and happy. I'm so glad I chose Casper for my new mattress, adjustable bed frame and bedding. I look so forward to it arriving! Also, as a side note...this store is a gem of a place! Super cute stylish set up for a showroom and a very comfortable experience for testing product. What a fun and great experience Thank you so much Doug for your great service and the wonderful President Sale pricing.

After utter disappointment with one of Casper's competitors, I reached Darrell at the Plaza Casper stores. What a gracious and helpful person! I bought a Wave and base and just picked it uo! I am thrilled. Excellent customer experience! Nordstrom look out.

Interesting experience today— showed up at 3:00 and there was a handwritten sign in the window saying “closed for lunch back at 3:30”. The store associate was sitting at a desk directly in front of the door, looking like he was working so I tried the door and it was locked and he just stared at us. Walked around and came back at 3:20, same thing. Same blank stare. Felt like I was in a Black Mirror episode about respecting lunch break boundaries. Not a big deal. Just odd as hell for a big corporate brand.

Knowledgeable salespeople helped us find the most comfortable bed to help with back and shoulder issues. Sales floor has cozy nooks to tryout the beds. Sanitizing is done frequently. This place is clean and friendly!
