Has always been a good place to do business, until now. Was being helped by a female staff member, when some entitled white guy, claiming to be the manager, pushed himself in to take over the transaction. He was extremely rude, turning what was already a tough decision, into a nightmare. The actual manager, Cesar, had to step in, but not before the white guy already escalated the issue into an anger situation. Cesar was more than helpful, as well as the young lady I originally started my transaction with. Feel free to do business with them, avoid the only white guy working there though. He's on that white man power trip.

Trying to sale some scrap gold, seemed like the lady was more worried about her appearance than her job. Tried taking my stuff into the back to the manager I would not let her. We greeted the lady as she walked out of the back and no reply. Terrible service hands down. Would not recommend this establishment to anyone.

Paid for a dam heater it was plugged in, good deal and it worked got home and plugged it in and it said zap zap and it didn't turn on i was like wow

This is the worst pawnshop you can go to they don’t take no accountability when they mess up money they are unprofessional and they should be fired. They always talking about what’s on the computer. There’s no policy of losing money behind them.

Low ballers on tools for sure but thats every pawn shop damn near. If you build up a good record with coming back to get your stuff them they will give you more for your items it helps when your in a tight spot!!
