If I could give zero stars I would. I've been there twice and they quoted me two completely different prices and the second time they told me my ring wasn't real. When I was there the first time no one said anything about that and it was the assistant manager that helped me. Overall atrocious costumer service.

This is the worse Cash America! Avoid this one! They are so rude and incompetent. If you must purchase from them please get the protection plan. They will sell you ineffective products and then leave you stuck with it, if you didn’t purchase the plan. Then they’ll charge you a restocking fee for items that ppl keep bringing back, knowing it doesn’t work properly. Thank goodness, I purchased the plan, I was almost out of $400 but I knew better. Buyer beware!

I was sold some glass and the person is not there any longer and just want my refund spent over $350 went other stores and they said go back there and no district manager has not called to offer me solutions or options. Very disappointing and been shopping cash America for years. First time this happen. Hopefully get some help.

These people are rip offs. Went to sell my brand new 2022 lg smart tv and didn’t even run no numbers or look to see what kind of tv it was before he started low balling me and talking over me. Wouldn’t let me explain myself. So I picked the tv up by myself and gladly walked out that door.

I stopped in and RJ helped me find some beat’s and helped me with a 1” drive socket set. The whole staff is very helpful . If you are looking for something you will have to go there in person to see what they have, they are extremely busy helping customers and have little time to answer the phone

I bought a ring from there they had priced at $400. I bought it for $300 after I had bought some other stuff, the girl in there offered a discount. I lost tons of weight and the ring was too big so I took it back in, but with a guy that was there at the moment. He said he could only sell it for $100 and offered me $50. lol. I must've looked stupid. I got more than I asked at a jewelry store.
