If I could leave this place a lower score than one star and still leave a comment I would. Employees were terrible. Shop looks trash. Floors dirty and dusty. Walls got stains. Customer service was horrible. They took everything personal and lied about their prices that they quoted right in my face. If I was corporate I would just close this location. The area got enough garbage around it.

The lady looked at a similar item, and offered 1/10th the price of my item, they should know the difference, it's your job. You don't offer $5,000 for a Lamborghini cuz you got a Honda

Absolute worst experience of my life. I was treated like garbage by every single employee in here. One lady working the counter with piercings in her ear told me the manager had just gone out to lunch and will return by 11:30-12PM , which is totally understandable. I would’ve waited, but they asked me to come to the counter and started making rude comments about an authentic designer handbag that I brought in. Then, a male employee came to the counter as well and asked me the same questions, then called me a liar to my face. I couldn’t take it anymore and walked out as I’ve never been treated with such disrespect in my life.I don’t recommend coming here unless you want to deal with underpaid, disrespectful employees who take out all of their frustration on potential customers / clients.

This is probably one of the best pawn shops in Kansas City from my experience, when times got tough I needed to pawn some of my personal items and these guys were top notch when I needed help, they gave me very reasonable quotes for items pawned and literally saved me from drowning in a real crisis, I have built a good relationship with all the employees and will continue to do business with them.

First time doing business with this cash america location, wasn't too bad honestly. The girl who loaned me a little cash that I needed was friendly and fairly quick...Got what I needed and was out the door. I had a decent experience overall. I will do business with them again. The shop was pretty clean too. ??
