I purchased some jewelry from this pawn shop and had a great experience with the young ladies who worked there. While some customers were a bit extreme in their behaviors, the staff showed great patience. I would definitely go back and highly recommend shopping here.

The shop is now under new management and has significantly enhanced its customer service. I've observed that some customers have a tendency to complain when their expectations aren't met, seemingly unaware that it's a business and that they won't receive retail value for used items. This is a recurring theme in pawnshop reviews, where individuals express dissatisfaction over not receiving the amount of money they anticipated.

Do not go to this location for business. I went there earlier to get a loan on my Nintendo Switch Oled but I was rejected right off the bat from some run down homeless looking dude who I think runs the shop bc of my skin color. I didn’t want to say this but black on black discrimination is real!!!

This store is so short staffed its always the same two working I believe they are managers too. I give them 5 stars because even when the two are super busy they still make sure they get you taken care of and I have never left the store empty handed. Thank you Misty for making my christmas to myself amazing and Thank you to your boss for approving the deal you two will make it far!

Already a high price for a laptop & when I got home & tried to use it it had a virus on it & its not usable... have to pay an additional $150 to get it fixed. Honestly ridiculous. They really are just a bunch of scammers.

Place needs the trash taken out and Im talking of certain employees i should never be a witness to the head may be now former manager.. which was a black man wait till a customer walks out to threaten her and call her the b word classless and very disturbing .have better customer service you work for the people!

When I say hands down the best pawn shop in town I mean it! As soon as I walked in I was greeted made me feel like home! The two Mexican females rushed over to help me and one of them is the manager gave me a good deal since I was buying so many tools. When I tell you I don’t really deal with Mexicans those two I will definitely be visiting again.
