Yes, these people were wonderful. They took care of my Kia when it was almost stolen and they tore up all the ignition part. It looked like it just came off the showroom floor, they cleaned the inside and out. I would definitely recommend

First they kept my car in the lot where was sent from June 11th till the middle of July. Towards the end of July I get a text from State Farm telling me it's on schedule to be fixed by August 9th. Then couple days later this very Rude guy Eric tells me that it may be a total loss. Then few days later I get another text telling me that it's on par for August 9th. A few days later this Eric tells me tat it's a total loss and they hadn't looked under neath the hood to look at the engine. When that was finished with state farm I went to get some items tat were in my car.I went to clean my vehicle .I realized a very expensive Chiefs blanket was missing and a Maui sunglass was missing. I called and spoke again to this Hateful Eric. He asked me to prove it. He basically said he couldn't help me. The only person who works there is a very professional and a Nice Angela .I wouldn't never recommend this .

Everyone I spoke to here was very friendly, they completed the work on my car ahead of schedule and I was kept in the loop with regular text updates. My car looks like the damage never even happened! I would definitely use them again.

This place is unreal in quality and speed. We dropped our car off on a Monday, had it back that Friday, it only took that long because they reordered a piece for better quality, and if I didn't know better I'd be unconvinced the car had ever had damage. Truly remarkable work. AND they washed it.

The service here was quick, professional, and friendly. The guest service woman was so welcoming and helpful and Dan that did our estimate was efficient and quick. Hopefully we wont need any collision repairs again but if we do this is definitely where we will be coming.

Best auto shop in KC. I’ve had my car broken into twice in one month. The first time, they finished repairing my car a week early and this time, they took care of a minor damage. I highly recommend this location — I wouldn’t trust anyone else!

Eric was a pleasure to work with. The repair work on my fender/antenna looks great, and the hood work looks terrific. I appreciated his flexibility to get my car picked up, as well as the additional efforts in providing me back an extra clean car. I feel like they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied.

These guys are the BEST in town. From beginning to end, they take care of your vehicle. There's NO better customer service than here. I've been in customer service my entire life, and they are top-notch all day. Every day❣️❣️ LOVE them and will ALWAYS bring my vehicles to them!!!!!

I've heard all lovely things about car repairs here, but I can't say the same for the saga I'm currently still in.
My car was damaged October 2. They weren't able to start repairs until mid-November, so I signed the form verifying the date of repairs and waited a month and a half.
I called the day before the scheduled repair date, and was told that the appointment was actually for the 6th and not the 16th. I hadn't received a call either time (they called the day before my estimate, so I assumed they would also call before repairs), so I was unaware I had the date wrong. They called me back a couple hours later asking me to bring my car in on the 27th, as the technicians were behind.
I brought my car in on the 27th, with an estimated completion date of December 20. I was hoping to have my car back in time to travel for Christmas, but the completion date was pushed back to the 22nd, then on the 22nd I received a call that it wasn't done yet, and that maybe it would be ready the following week.
I was able to pick up my car on December 29th (yesterday), though I still need to bring it back next week for one more part they haven't received yet.
I opened the trunk this morning, and realized the plastic mat on the floor is missing (I assume they removed it to clean it, and hopefully it's drying somewhere in the shop). I also noticed a rattling in my trunk door, and bits of safety glass fall out of the door panel when I close it. None of my windows were broken when my car was damaged, so I'm unsure where they came from, or why they're inside my trunk door.
I know scheduling is difficult and miscommunication is common, but this exchange is starting to wear on me. I want to give as much grace as I can, but at this point I'm tired. I dearly hope this is an anomalous occurrence, and that other patrons have the pleasant experiences I hear of.
I hope all will be fully amended next week, and I can finally stop worrying about the intact-ness of my car.
Edit: Workers broke my back window during repairs. They didn't tell me about it until I asked, when I noticed the glass on my bumper and inside the door panels. Though they tried to remove all trace of glass, six months later I'm still finding it in my trunk and rattling in the door.

I was not kept up to date on what was going on with my vehicle. The original estimate was under my deductible. When I showed up to pick up my vehicle it was significantly above my deductible and no one had contacted me about the additional “findings”.

great service, my car is in great shape now and I was kept up to date the whole time, and given honest opinions on what needed to be fixed so i wouldn't overpay! the mechanic also stayed a bit after close for me to pick up my car when I was running behind from returning my rental car. Thanks again, Eric, for the wonderful service!
