These guys have a wide variety of good used cars. I bought my 16 Nissan Pathfinder a year ago at the Missouri location and purchased a 2017 Kia Niro on their Kansas Lot just this past August of 2024.. They are friendly and negotiable with no pressure sales tactics. Just nice people.?

After buying a Hyundai Ioniq from them, I’ve faced nothing but trouble. It’s been 4 months, and I still haven’t received the full paperwork to register my car. My temp tag expired 2 months ago, and after many calls, emails, and driving to their store (an hour away), they just blame the auction. The staff are rude, and one even threatened me for asking about the documents. They refuse to take the car back or provide the necessary paperwork, leaving me stuck and helpless. This has been extremely frustrating. If anyone can suggest a way to resolve this, please let me know. Avoid this place at all costs.

Absolutely terrible experience purchased a car on Saturday and within 10 miles of driving off the lot the transmission and multiple other lights lit up on the dash. Took it to AutoZone to have them check the fault codes and ended up being a problem with the transmission and only that the AC was not charged and did not blow cold. Back to the dealership to try to get it fixed, but they said there’s nothing they could help me and even admitted that they did not service the vehicle before we bought it even though originally they said that they did it.. I was cussed out by the owner of the store. Once it got to a point where they were not going to do anything to rectify the situation. Now I am stuck with a vehicle that I’m financing for 57 months and needs a new transmission, which is gonna cost me $8000.

This place is such a bad place. They are so rude and their customer service is worse than McDonald’s customer service on a bad day! Their cars have problems and they can’t even stock to the agreement signed. Then they proceed to take my money when I didn’t want the car at all… I’m taking legal action with them!
