“Southtown Glass is an excellent business. I ordered a piece of custom cut glass for a dining table top. The moment I walked into the shop I was treated with respect and courtesy. The shop owner was very professional and knew his product. Delivery was the same professionalism I experienced when ordering the glass. The gentleman who delivered the glass was knowledgeable and ensured I was satisfied with the product. He took his time to clean both the wood table3 and the glass and confirm both the glass and table were level. I can only say good things about my experience with Southtown Glass. If I need another piece of custom cut glass work, I would definitely go there again.”

“I recently was in an accident and my insurance sent me to this location. At first I was skeptical because of the horror stories I have heard from friends about their accidents. However, as soon as I met Chris whom I was scheduled I was assured by him he'd take care of me throughout and he took the time to explain the "in's and out's" of the entire process. He even gave me tips on what to expect and what to do if certain things happened while my Jeep was there. From start to finish Chris followed through with everything he said he would do and at no point did I feel like he wasn't valuing my time as a customer. Additionally, the whole team there was very nice and professional. When I showed up to clean my Jeep out they showed me where it was and even helped carry some of personal items out. Overall, I had a great experience at this location and recommend working with this team!”

“I could not be happier with the service that Safelite performed. My car was broken into sometime on Friday, and by the time I learned of it.. everywhere was closed. I had used Safelite multiple times in the past and choosing them again was a no-brainer. I was able to get a quote online and a mobile appointment booked the very next day (a Saturday!!) at no additional cost.
I received a call from my Safelite technician, Chandler, at 10:30 am stating that he had earlier availability than my original time frame of 12-5pm and could come immediately if I was available. He was extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to provide my window replacement. Chandler was done within an hour and my window is as good as new and functions perfectly.
The price quoted was the exact price I was charged, and he was very professional- asking multiple times if there was anything else he could do or if I had any questions for him.
