Cable Dahmer Cadillac has been the best car shopping experience that I have had. My salesman, Andre Upshaw was exceptional! He took the time to listen to what I needed in a car. He was NOT the typical pushy car salesman, he was patient and didn't rush me into something that I didn't want or need.
After I made the decision and bought a car, Cable Dahmer continued to call and check on me to make sure everything was still going well with the car.
I LOVE MY NEW CAR!

I booked the oil change/tire rotation online and when we got to the Cadillac dealership, Ron Goetz got us in and out right away! That's the best service, we've ever had at any dealership! Thanks Ron!

Their Service Department is great. They jump right on your issue and fix it pronto. They do have to use parts from GM and one can go elsewhere for a better deal on nonessential parts. But if you've got a Cadillac complicated issue, you want to use them.
I took my 2015 SRX in because of an idiot light traced to the catalytic converter - $2,500! So i took it to a muffler shop & it turned out to be a $108.00 issue. The catalytic converter turned out to be just fine! Plus, the muffler people got the CC for only $1,050 if I'd needed it.
But when the air suspension went out on my XTS (2013) i only trusted them with the issue. It's a toss up with my old Caddys but I'm glad they are there.

Great service. Steve is always the best. The customer service he provides is impeccable. Even more than the product itself, you feel like you are getting your monies worth because of his service. As a family, we have a Cadillac, BMW, KIA, and the GMC. So I have comparisons. My experience at Cadillac is always stellar. As long as he is there, I will be there.

It was great. Adam was patient and kind. He answered all my questions and gave me his number so I could ask more as I thought of them-even on his day off. I was also thankful for his calm demeanor. I did not feel pressured or rushed.

Recently we have been to the dealership a few times and worked with Ron in the service department. Ron has been amazing to work with and made sure all of our concerns were taken care of, I highly recommend working with him in the service department.

Disappointed with Drew's failure to follow up on service questions for my 2004 Cadillac XLR. I realize that it's a 20-year old vehicle, but when the senior mechanic gives me a solution 3 months ago, and Drew fails to follow up on this after 2 months of my phone call check-ins, this becomes my option to voice my frustration.
