Had my high line used SUV on face book marketplace. Received an e-mail from Acquisitions Manager Paul Rayford asking is he could bid on the car. I described the conditions (basically like new) and he gave me a bid. It wasn't exactly what I wanted but close enough so I accepted but asked detailed questions IE If I drove over to the dealership with the title and the SUV was in "as described" condition they would honor his bid. Also inquired about when I would receive payment. Mr Rayford stated " we are Cable Dahmer we don't play games" sqaid "yes they would honor the bid" and advised I would get a check within 24 hours. So I drove over to the dealership, met with Mr Rayford, he drove the SUV said it was in as described condition and advised he "needed two signatures" then he would get the check processed and give me a ride home. Stated he would be "right back". Five minutes became ten minutes then 20 minutes. Finally Mr Rayford returned and his whole disposition had changed. Told the that the dealership could not wholesale the vehicle and make any money at the bid price. My speculation is they were running the bait and switch game. I asked Mr. Rayford why he had not determined this before he made his bid, and why he had blatantly lied to me and wasted my time. He wouldn't answer. Next a person who described himself as a "manager" came over asked what the problem was "probably because my voice was getting louder" I advised him of the situation. He simply said I should calm down but offered no help or explanation. So run, don't walk, away from this dealership. The question is how do the employees work there and sleep at night.

Such a great service department! The thermostat on our CT6 went out on a long road trip from WI back home to TX. Brock and his team worked us in late on a Monday, as we rolled into KC for the night. They got us back on the road by 11:00 am the next day! Thank you so much, Cable Dahmer Cadillac!

i was in their office about EIGHT hours trying to figure out finsnces for this car and they said my edit was good. But the worst part is the car is a true piece of junk. I've owned four Cadillacs. This is the first one that does not have the curve hugging performance it's very dangerous it's very loose. It pulls to the left. It doesn't have any tightness. It's just junk. You can put it in two modes to drive - touring or sports The sport mode is a little bit better handling but it cost a lot of gas. The tour mode is like a grandma's car. You can't go more than 65 without it being really dangerous. I am disgusted with this piece of crap and myself for buying it. I drove it about 6 miles and I didn't really get a good enough feel for it. It was a very poor testI. I take responsibility expensive mistake.

I put in a non-refundable $1000 deposit for a custom built CT4V Blackwing on December 31st, 2022. The terms were that I trade something in, and finance with them and they sell me the car for MSRP. In addition, when the allocation came(it NEVER did), I would put down another $4000 to secure the order. Fine. I was told I was the first in line for an allocation. Once a month, I would call to ask for an updated status. Every time I called my salesman, Scott Totty, I got the impression that I was an inconvenience to him. The inflection in his voice over the phone made me feel like I'm a bother for asking about a car I want to buy. I get it. You have other cars to sell. But the way I was spoken to me rubbed me the wrong way. Maybe it's because I'm a younger customer? Every month, I also checked their CT4V Blackwing inventory on their website. Every month, I would see CT4V Blackwings in automatics that no one wants come in. At first, I thought nothing of it. By month 5(May) of waiting, I felt like my allocation was being passed up for dealer ordered builds. You don't tell someone they're first in line for an allocation when I'm clearly seeing brand new CT4V Blackwings arrive that are dealer ordered builds over the last 5 months of waiting. Not a good look. Maybe take your customer's orders first before you order cars that don't sell, sit, and eventually get discounted because you can't sell them fast enough. Eventually, I saw a manual transmission dealer build come in. It was close enough to what I wanted, so I had Scott transfer my deposit to the incoming car early May. Great right? No. There was an estimated delivery date of 22 May 2023. I emailed Scott to ask if he was tracking. He said yes, it's 'coming soon.' Great right? No. Come 22 May, I called and emailed and got no response until the end of the day. Needless to say, I was pissed off and disappointed in the delay of, and lack of communication. I found out through other sources that the car in question was still sitting in the lot in Michigan. In addition, they could not even provide me an updated incoming delivery date. I understand that this is a supply chain issue. Nevertheless, calls could have been made to expedite the shipment of this car. I have been waiting to buy said car for 6 whole months. All this time, I've held my tongue with how Scott treated me with my inquiries and questions. When I sent one of my final emails to them asking for a new timeline, they decided to ignore it for over a day. I decided that this wasn't worth it. They were low balling my trade, which eventually sold to Carvana for nearly as much as I bought it new. And were going to make me finance with them if I wanted the car for MSRP. My credit union has much lower interest rates. I found a car out of state, in nearly the build I wanted. It was MSRP, and had an incentive. I flew out that night, bought it the following day. I used my own financing as well. In addition, this other dealer I went to had a more professional staff, answered my questions, and didn't make me feel like I was a bother. In addition, they were quick with responses and made me feel like I was actually buying a luxury car, whereas Cable Dahmer Cadillac felt like I was dealing a generic Chevy dealer with black shirts. My advice in the future is to treat every single customer with respect and dignity. Respond in a timely manner. Cadillac is a luxury marque. People expect a certain standard of treatment when buying a luxury car. I will tell you that BMW, Audi, Mercedes, Porsche dealers treat their customers as if they were selling them expensive vehicles. And lastly, if you tell a customer they're first in line for an allocation, push THAT customer's order to the top of the list. You forget that people can walk away from $1000, but $5000, not so much. You lost a guaranteed sale, and in a way, I kind of feel scammed out of $1000. Nevertheless, I don't see myself buying from this dealer in the future and will tell my friends to avoid buyi

We originally had a unpleasant experience here as first time customers but the new vehicle sales manager - Stephanie turned everything around. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the pre-order of our new vehicle and maintained stellar communication and customer service throughout the whole pre-order process. We were going to pre-order a custom 2023 Escalade - Sport Platinum however the wait would be 4-8 months! Stephanie mentioned they are getting one a little sooner with the Onyx package and sent us all the information we needed to make an informed decision. We ultimately went with the one that will be arriving a little sooner (this fall!) We cannot wait until our new vehicle arrives! I will update my review once we purchase the car but so far I can say Stephanie is absolutely amazing! Ask for her if you are having any hesitations on purchasing new Cadillac! She will do her best to get you in your dream car! THANK YOU STEPHANIE!!

Purchased our Escalade here in 2018. The salesperson was professional and bent over backwards to help us get a great deal. We will definitely be back for future purchases and recommend to others!

Terrible customer service. When you call the service department, you are actually talking to a call center. I had an appointment scheduled for tomorrow, but called to confirm and the call center knows nothing about it. They call the service department and they don't have me down. So now I have to wait for a call. This is not the first time this has happened.

Brad and Hector were absolutely amazing to work with. Very knowledgeable about all their vehicles as well as motivated to sell. Customer service for us couldn't be beat. Really treated very well and yet not too pushy. They were understanding of all of our needs and work hard to get it done.

Made an appointment to see a car on a Thursday. Had to go to work so the appointment was scheduled for Friday morning. Got 2 calls later on that same Thursday confirming time to come in to see the car I was interested in. Wake up early drive 30 mins to their place. Say my name and what I'm there to look at and the sales person has no idea. Grabs another sales person and he also can't find the car. Then comes the line the line, the reason this whole thing was planned, "you interested in anything else here? We got a beautiful bla bla out there" I say no I want to see the car I was suppose to see and they say they don't know where it is. I leave This is called bait and switch. It is illegal. Screw this place and everyone there. Avoid this dealership at all costs!

High End Cars BUT Low End Customer Service. I purchased an Escalade from them and the service after the sale was awful. Do yourself a favor and save yourself time and frustration and purchase somewhere else. It took 3 weeks to get warranty paperwork and only after I called repeatedly to only find out the paperwork could have been done on the day of the sale. I also took it in for service appointment at 9:00 am. I returned at 2:00 pm to discover they hadn't even started it. The Service Tech told me that it should take 10 mins to do....really?? A 10 min job required a loaner and a complete day to finish? Lesson- You can buy a car anywhere, but it's the service after the sale that will keep you coming back!

They are the best. I was coming from my home in Colorado Springs, CO and got a check engine light. I called cable Dahmer and they got me in right away. Steve Oliver was exceptional! My car had a fuel injection issue which was covered under warranty and Cable Dahmer fixed it within an hour; back on the road we went! Best service ever! More dealerships should be this exceptional.

I placed a review for the collision center in Martin City. It looks like this business has not been claimed by the owners so I'm posting this here in a hope they will fix that and get to see feedback for that location.

I just took my 2017 Cadillac xt5 in for an oil change. While checking in was told that it is recommended that the transmission fluid be drained and replaced. Was told they could do it today. Cost $200. It was going to take an additional 30 minutes so I opted to schedule for another time. I was told that there was a list of items that were recommended and she would print me a list. After giving this some thought it just seemed excessive at 45000 miles. So I opened my Cadillac app and looked at the maintenance from 45000 to 105000 miles. No where did it suggest any service on the transmission. Nor anything else that I didn't expect. As I was leaving I pointed out the fact the I reviewed the maintenance schedule and saw no recommended service on the transmission. She still insisted that GM recommended it. I reiterated that if it were recommended surely Cadillac would have included it on the maintenance schedule. I am sooooo disappointed in my visit. I certainly do not expect to be taken advantage of at a Cadillac dealership. Unfortunately, they are few and far in between in KCMO so I will have to continue taking my car to cable Dahmer, however hope to have a better experience next time. The only reason I am giving them 2 stars is because it only took 15 minutes to complete my service and the young man that washed my car and opened the garage door was as pleasant as could be.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had! I set up an appointment to purchase a Vehicle once I get to my appointment I'm met by a young man instead of the female salesperson I was supposed to meet with, the young man didn't seem very experienced at all and kept going n asking someone else info, anyway I submitted my paperwork and later found out I needed a cosigner, my cosigner goes there and got the same feeling about the young man, after submitting all of our paperwork I test drive a couple of vehicles and decided on one numbers were ran and an agreement was made I spent 6 hours waiting for the finance to come out and speak with me only to be told they needed more time because they submitted my info to the wrong place to get an approval, by then I had to go for work, I was told they'd get back to me later that evening, no one called I then called the next day only to find out they were still working on it, by now I'm pissed, it was a lot of phone tagging, holding, and unreturned calls, finally someone calls me back to tell me I was approved but for $100 more than what we agreed upon, they may come off professional but they are not, I don't feel like they make you a priority in getting you into a vehicle I will never go back and I don't recommend anyone else to do so either!

The salesmen, although new was VERY helpful. Not so for the used car manager.. He never gets out from behind his perch to meet me and explain the vehicle I was interested in, since it had not gone through detail yet. He even told the salesman that this 2016 Escalade with 14000 miles was going to the auction. NOT TRUE. The finance person had to go and find out the story behind this vehicle. I was a serious buyer. The salesman told me that it would be available after it went to detail. Next thing I know salesman texts me to tell me the car was sold. Terrible way to run a business. Thought the used car manager would be more professional than the previous owners, Hendrick Motors, guess not. Shop elsewhere where you are treated like a valued potential buyer.
