Purchased motorized blinds for our company. Fabulous customer service, detailed information and smooth installation. The conference room is used constantly and we receive nothing but rave reviews on the new blinds. So thankful we found Natalie and Budget Blinds. Natalie was so informative and helpful from the very start. She provided immediate response to all our questions and helped us continually from the beginning to the end. So easy to work with and her product knowledge was invaluable.

Informative during estimate phase, timely with estimate. Good selection of styles/colors. Helpful with choosing best blind for our dormer window. Although the initial blind had a defect with the mechanism that raises/lowers the blind, this was not the fault of Budget Blinds and the company worked hard to make it right, providing an entirely new blind with great installation and answered any/all questions during the process. Very knowledgeable employees. Recommend.

I enjoyed working with Joey (the designer) and James (the installer). Both were informative and helpful. The final product wasn't exactly as I expected. The blinds had more side gaps than I liked and the cassette stuck out from the window casing farther than I preferred. As explained, both were due to the motorized feature and the battery tube at the back. I don’t remember if it was explained to me when I made the purchase.*I want to follow up on this review because after living with the blinds that were installed I like them just the way they are. They were very quick to respond to my concerns and wanted to do what they could to help me be satisfied. But in the end, I didn’t need any changes made because I like them the way they are. Thanks Budget Blinds for the excellent service.
