I wish I could have given a 5 star review because they ladies that work there are so kind. I took a ring in to have it engraved. The man that does the engraving said it should be no problem and it will be done in 1-2 weeks. After having no contact after 2 weeks, I called and was told they were really busy with other stuff, but he would get it done before leaving town the next week. I even had to go in to look at the markings he made before starting the engraving process. Looked great. After a week with no contact again, I called and was told that he decided he couldn't do it and I needed to come get it. 3 weeks waiting for nothing. I feel as though he ran out of time choosing to work on other people's more expensive pieces over my fairly in expensive engraving. I was given an excuse that "his hands don't work as well anymore". I'm not sure I would have ever gotten a call, but I'm positive he made sure he was not present when I came to pick it up. I would take your business elsewhere.

I brought my claddagh ring in because it had completely broken in half on the front and back. They got it fixed extremely fast, in about two days, for a very affordable price, and it looks absolutely fantastic! I am very pleased with the work and the customer service of Brookside Jewelry. I highly recommend!

I needed a new spring bar for my wristwatch which had broken and I stopped by Brookside Jewelry because I happened to have been dining out in the area with my family and they fixed my watch literally within a couple of minutes and for an incredibly reasonable price! We were really happy to have found the store because there was a great selection of watches and other jewelry so we're definitely coming back! Thank you again!

I’ve wandered in over the years to have battery watches changed—I’m not a jewelry person, but I found myself with an unused wedding ring to offload. I did a little feng shui research to see what stones are best for me, they had them, I brought in a few extra pieces that I never wore, and traded the lot for a pair of earrings and a new ring. Couldn’t be happier, and the process was super easy and fun. So much to choose from, too. I’m surprised I was able to make a decision! Gorgeous stuff!

After an interview, I stepped into this store, a true gem in the over-saturated real estate filled worth-dilettante artist jewelry stores or those boasting curated designs +for you* - I assure you this store is not-like-the-others.The service was tremendous. I was greeted with familiarity, as if they knew me. They spoke easily, casually and knowledgeably about their estate given, not hunted, pieces: they pointed out the chiefs jewelry as a bonus to the entire artistic clutter of quality costume jewelry, dazzling gem ring designs, silver and turquoise pawns, to a selection of pearls that was reminiscent of grandmother strings of dipped to real Akoya masterpieces.It so happened I had a necklace of real amethyst beads, Once belonging to my Grandmother, that I’d had Turned into a necklace. The chain had broken and I’d hope along the day is find another safety-pin to save it and wear it. The woman behind e counter said “give it to me, I’ll fix it right now…”. She did and for a price that was unbelievable.The store was filled with men buying the pieces and promises they’d made for Valentines Day and it required all hands on deck. I think that anyone could find a piece of the last, design for a future gift, or the perfect piece at this place. They know their stuff. Go inside. See for yourself!

Went in for watch battery changed and band adjustment, as expected, it was in-and-out experience. On top of that, the staff are just very welcoming!I would definitely recommend this place 10 out of 10!

Took my 5ct diamond 10K yellow gold chain up here to have it repaired, a quick solder job. They were able to do it in a day, $50. It was great but then the solder fell off. When I went back into the store to get it repaired they insisted that I leave it overnight. When I expressed that I could just bring it in the next day early she was offended and accused me of not "trusting" them even though I'd left it there before. Definitely something shady occurring here I would not leave anything expensive overnight. ???

My wife and I frequent this place for her wedding rings and my watches. Recently I went in to get a battery replaced and in the process my crystal got cracked. They were quick to make it right and replace it for me. I will continue to come here for as long as they're around!

I took my Grandma's ruby ring here because the main stone fell out and needed replaced. They did an incredible job and were very easy to work with. It looks exactly like the original! Thank you, Brookside Jewelry!

Crooks and shams don’t not sell coins to this place. They might as well be stealing for a living. I have them 11 coins and one coin they listed in there is the amount they game me. Also half the reviews you see on this are bot/ paid reviews. Sad to think of how many people who actually need the money are the real victims. Don’t come here if you want to be a victim.
