MANAGEMENT IS DISRESPECTFUL TO BLACK PEOPLE AND THEY TAKE MONEY WITHOUT RENDERING THE SERVICES AND DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS. LOWEST RATED OFFICE IN THE AREA.
Cancelled immediately when changing my insurance to get on my partners account because they didn't seem knowledgeable. They processed and took out money immediately but it's going into a month of waiting for the refund.
We received an ambiguous email about our refund with no true details of time frame of when to expect it to post to our account so I called to see if we need to do any further action to get our refund. Initially Mandy wasn't sure if we would receive the refund via mail or our account so I asked to speak to a manager. Mandy was not rude but lack the skills to communicate the process while bragging about how she speeds.
Allison which is a "manager" there was extremely disrespectful, condescending and attempted to intimidate me about asking questions about my refund that is still taking close to a month to receive. She kept using terms of probably and hopefully the refund will be back soon and when I requested a more accurate/detailed time frame She told me I was mad because I had to wait for my money. Allison continued to berate me and by saying the delay of the refund was my fault for changing my mind with not going forward with them. She still was inadequate at telling me time frame of our refund.
Allison abusive tone, intimidation tactics, unprofessionalism and continued inadequacy to answer a simple question was disgusting.
Allison was rude to me (African American) but had a softer tone to my partner (Caucasian). When I continued to point out her inadequatecy of answering the simple question of when we can expect our refund, She yelled at both of us and laughed at me when I said I was going to complain about her.
Suspect that the staff is racially discriminatory and racist. This reflects in pictures of the staff which are all Caucasian.
When I couldn't remember her name from being distraught from her rude behavior she said 'for the fourth time my name is Allison '.
The way I was treated no one should be, especially not for asking about money to be refunded for a service that is not being rendered.
we will report their charge as fraud.
Called the corporate line to complain and they were kind and professional.

Ben was very professional and personable . He was able to answer all my questions without hesitation . When you shop for car insurance you get 100s of responses a lot of them are condescending when speaking to seniors and I found no such attitude with the State Farm representatives.

Prices kept increasing without any explanation and was very difficult to work with. Horrible communication. Had many calls and emails go unanswered. Currently reporting the last amount of money they took from our account as fraud as it was taken out after policy was canceled. Avoid at all costs

***Update 5/14/22I’m looking for other coverage. I am SO DONE with State Farm. I spoke to them May 5th to explain to me why they keep charging me more and more..with no notifications of a rate change, NOTHING, and was told everyone’s rates are increasing. Fine. Just got my next bill notification, well it’s increased yet again. I doubt I’ll ever know why..***Update 4/21/22I’ve had sooo many issues with this office for months now since buying 2 cars. They NEVER CALL ME BACK. They give me a price and coverage for both cars verbally, but when I get on the app months later it only shows 1 car. Then the money they withdraw is more than I was expecting. They fixed the app to show the first vehicle that was missing, but now the other is gone! I can’t.***Love working with anyone who works here. Super easy. Great people. Give me great rates and savings too.

I canceled my policy with Brady Crawford, because my premiums went up and down for no reason. Never consistent with my premiums. When I canceled they still took out a premium, and I was paid up. Messed my checking account up. And they refuse to refund it. I am with another company now and so much happier. And if you have roadside assistance with them do not use it because it counts as a claim against you. They don't tell you that. State farm is the worst insurance company ever. They do not care about their clients. And the staff all but Mandy is rude!
