I have cooked Boyles corned beef for 30 years but this year it was a major disappointment!!! Boyles is evidently no longer providing the spice packet. They are adding it to the brine BUT it isn’t the same. It had LITTLE TO NO flavor!! I will now be buying a brand that cares enough to include the spice packet.

Small place, be really careful when going into docks, cars all around, overall nice crew and plenty of space for overnight.

I feel so sad to write this review but I feel I must. The corned beef I bought to cook for St Pats day, as I have done for the last 48 yrs, was just not the same. After cooking, it had shrunk to half its size from 4 lbs to maybe 1&half lbs if that much. And the taste was not the same at all, almost flavorless. I was so disappointed, I felt you needed to know so you can try to figure out why this happened. Possibly your processing needs to be changed back to the original or change where you get your meat. Something has gone very wrong. It may come to me not purchasing a Boyles CB ever again. Never thought I would EVER say that!!I hope you can figure it out. I really loved your product as my Mom did for 65+ yrs too!

I have cooked Boyle's Corned Beef for over 45 years. Who is running the company now?? Something has changed with the meat. It didn't taste like it had in the past. There is absolutely no flavor to it. I was ashamed to serve it to my family this year. I will NOT ever buy one again from your company. You all had better find the Original receipt and check out what you have done wrong!!

Company has lost complete control of quality control. The corned beef is so inconsistent anymore. It looked like water only and had to no color in the packaging brine this year.

Boyles as the standard of beef. The last 2 have been so horribly incosis tent it's aweful.they used to be great taste. They last two. One was soo briney it was uneatible and the 2nd tasteless.....this year Gobbler and O brien were aweaome. Boyles is losing it.

They don't state on the package whether or not it is flat cut or point cut. I don't like the fat on the point cut. Recipe stated use flat cut. I ended up with the fatty point cut which can't be trimmed of intermuscular fat.

I have purchased Boyle's Corned Beef many times before. They are always delicious and can't stop eating. So this past week, I decided to cook 2 Boyle's Corned Beefs so we could make Ruebens with the leftovers. I have plenty of leftovers because they were absolutely tasteless! We could hardly even eat what was on our plates...total waste of money at $5.99 a pound! Will never buy Boyle's again.

Stands above the rest and costs a little more but not as much as some (name) national brands. The cuts are pretty much flats but the secret to this corned beef is that it's packaged in the seaaoning corns so the whole beef gets to soak in the spices unlike all the others who put a slice package in that has to be added and has little effect on the flavor. Freinds who move away from KC particular my east coasters always mention they miss good BBQ and Boyles on St Paddys.
