Hands down recommend this store the staff was so nice and patient with me. I haven’t figured out if I’m going to buy anything from them but believe me if I do I will buy from them because of the service I received!

I was so disappointed yesterday by our experience. We shop there about twice a year for my husband's boots when he is in the fields. Yesterday we came in for a new pair and were treated rather unpleasantly by an older blonde lady. I feel as if maybe we were dressed a little too country for her to imagine that we could be making a purchase. We run cattle and hogs, so although we were clean, we sure weren't dressed to the 9s. Older blonde was very obviously displeased by our presence. We also had 4 kids in tow so I was playing games with them so they wouldn't grow bored and misbehave by asking them to find shiny boots, blue boots, whatever else, while my hubby made his choice. Blonde lady continually checked down the aisle with a frown as if I ere planning on stealing the whole store. After we left, my husband (who is consistently, completely unaware of anything related to the people outside of our family around him) asked me if i had noticed how obviously judgy she was and asked if she had bothered us, too. We had planned to buy cowboy boots like Opa's for all the kiddos as well, but had both decided (without discussing with one another) to skip it after seeing her behavior. If we aren't welcome, neither are several hundred of our dollars. Just taking what we absolutely had to have, we left. A younger, quite pleasant blonde checked us out and was great. I will still be buying the little ones boots like Opa's and I will still be replacing my husbands boots whenever necessary, but never again inside a boot barn. I'm sad to see them go, but if im not welcome in farm clothes, im sure not gonna parade around like a rhinestone cowboy just to be let in with a smile.

This is a super cute store. They have primarily western type clothing, boots, hats, and accessories. You can get very nice western style boots and hats here. The prices are fair for the high quality merchandise. The staff are welcoming and friendly. They offered to help and were knowledgeable. Parking is plentiful and accessible.

Stopped in today for the 1st time and it will be our last. Customer service was horrible, they made up some excuse about there system being down and not being able to check us out as the other employee was using the register to check out another Customer next to us.

I read some pretty negative comments about the employees not being attentive and how the tall blonde lady is mean and rude. That my friends is a fallacy. I had an exchange today and after reading all the reviews I was expecting some pushback, but that mean tall blonde.. yeah, nice as can be and totally understanding with my complaints.
