I recently switched from a different carrier after 8 years and have been having issues with my service. I came to this location after purchasing my phone elsewhere. Sabrina was so unbelievably helpful and treated me as if I was a customer buying 5 phones from the store. She spent time with me, fully explained everything and how to possibly avoid the same issue in the future. She went out of her way to search for more answers and is following up! I've never experienced top rate service at any cellphone carrier location when the employee knew from the start there was technically nothing in it for them. I was so pleased I was looking for something small to buy just to thank her and she explained that wasn't necessary and I am 100% certain I will get the same treatment at this location in the future whether I am adding 10 lines, just paying my bill or having technical difficulties again!! We will be coming to this location only for all upgrades and anything else in the future!! Thank you Sabrina for being you and taking such good care of me!

I've been with boost mobile for over a decade and have always appreciated the service. Nithin was a knowledgeable and kind associate. The other woman, I forgot her name, recently helped me save a lot of money and took care of my concerns without any problems. I genuinely would rather come to this store than use the call center. The call center itself has failed me many times. The associates at this store are always really good to me!

Suddenly all 4 of the phones in our plan decided to say " No network found", after months and months of dealing with dropped calls, calling customer service time and time again, to get no help, then told they were investigating, yet have never got back with me about it ..?...I am not very Happy. Have had to go to this location and buy all new sim cards repeatedly, charged $10 sometimes , next time charged $15,..?..$158/month for service, and only given $10 credit for months and months of problems. Be careful if you join.

I started with Boost 3 months ago and bought a brand new phone with them . Last week, my phone stopped working . I brought it into them to get a replacement , or so I thought. They told me I had to buy a new one . Can you believe that? I will never recommend boost to anyone . Terrible service , terrible service, terrible company .
