My boyfriend and I went into the store today to Look for a phone for my boyfriend. The owner of the store was a very kind young man and he helped us and he was wonderful! He helped my boyfriend pick out a phone and get a good plan that fitted his needs. The gentleman helping us (we didn’t catch his name) really made everything easy and quick and he gave us lots of good information. He made the whole process nice and easy and he even made us laugh quite a bit. 10/10 I do recommend and we will be back in the future!

Went for an upgrade and was helped by Abraham. He was so nice and made the process quick and easy! I will be back to this Boost because of their good customer service!

I switched from Metro to Boost , I was very satisfied with the plan I got on , my phone was free when I transferred over , my bill is acceptable along with the plan I'm on....??????

Moe was very helpful and worked for about an hour to help me with an issue I had with my bill, and this was right at closing time! I recommend this store to anybody who prefers helpful, in person service.

I really like Boost service. I get a great price with excellent service coverage. Rarely have any service related issues that I didn't cause myself. However the customer service from Boost is a freaking joke! It's awful no matter if you're receiving it on the phone or in person at a location. I'm not sure what qualifications Boost looks for in employees, but they should seriously consider changing their hiring process...
