Super bad service, I purchase a phone and I know that is not the stores fault that I didn’t like it. But I tried exchange it for a more expensive phone. Witch I on a business way it should be better to have someone purchasing a phone in cash but I guess not on this situation.The store manager in charge told me that I couldn’t exchange the phone. By store policy I’m not allow to exchange funny thing in the store receipt says that I can exchange.Also super rude that I was place in speaker for I guess that the two female employees where having fun listening to me asking for an exchange.

Boost Mobile at 5501 Troost Avenue changed my pin number without my permission; and when the Indian/Hispanic female employee was questioned about it; she denied it although I could not get into my account with customer service. This woman is despicable and should be fired. I hope smart people will stay away from this store; and boost mobile as a whole.

That lady that I went and paid my phone bill over there on Truman Road and my boyfriend's phone was a little bit nice but there's been people that work at Boost that don't help you with your bones after you leave the store
