Love my new X5 as I've had Mercedes since 2007.
Nothing wrong with Mercedes as I just decided to switch.
My Client Advisor, Gage Diggs, really helped facilitate the whole process, as he was my advocate for the sale.
The dealership as a whole just felt right!

I felt underserved throughout my experience at BMW of KC South. I dropped off my all electric BMW i3 which I purchased at CarMax, who recommended this dealership, on Friday, October 25, but no loaner was offered due to a lack of availability, despite a full lot.
I didn't receive an update until Wednesday, October 30, and work began on November 1. Due to incorrect parts, my car was held over another weekend, and a loaner was finally provided. By Monday, November 4, 95% of the work was completed, and I picked up my car on November 5th, as they requested the loaner’s return, fully refueled. Disappointingly, my electric car’s battery was left with only 70 miles of range, despite available charging stations. Staff was the basic level of politeness, and lacked clear communication on my vehicle's status.
The work completed was 4 new tires, new front brake pads and rotors, and a reservoir pump replacement.
1 week out and still hear scraping noises from the brakes - so I will take it back there for that reason, only because I've paid them. In the future not sure I would pick that particular BMW dealership for repairs to my vehicle.
I do not know if my experience is typical, but I felt treated subpar for reasons unknown.

My Wife and I purchased a CPO X7 with Kyle Dextraze. We are in Tennessee. The team at BMW of Kansas City South was excellent in helping us be comfortable with an out of state purchase and did a great job helping us get the vehicle to Tennessee via transport. Thanks, Kyle, Josh and Kevin.

I had a pleasant experience with test drives and purchase of a 2025 X1. Sam from Sales was very caring and patient to explain all the features and demonstrate cool capabilities like automated parallel parking. Samara was also very helpful as a digital expert with BMW application and setup within the car.

I came in to just have a look at pre-owned X3 suvs . I had no intention of buying a new car but ended up leaving with a 2023 X3 suv with 5700 miles on it. Elias , my sales associate, was very knowledgeable and not high pressure at all. He even brought it to my home so my husband could see it. The 2 BMW GENIUS advisors Samara and Giuliana were so helpful . Explained all the tech stuff simply and Rachel in parts was also helpful when I returned to buy floor mats. I love the vehicle and look forward to putting many miles on it
