This place is a complete joke had my zzr600 for 13 weeks and it ran worse when i got back it wouldn't even make to get it inspection. They wont give you a completion date because they have no ideal wth ther doing the owner was always making excuses about parts this and that and i took it to HUB CYCLE ! and 3 weeks later bike runs like brand new .it cost me 700 for nothing. Everything Jim touched was worse after his magic. BE SMART DONT DO BUSINESS HEREServices: Brake service & repair

Jim is about the rudest individual I have ever dealt with. Don’t warranty work either. Much better bike shops out there.

BLUF: I could not have been more pleased with Blue Star. I would recommend them to literally anyone needing a bike worked on! I took a 1979 Yamaha XS 1100 to Blue Star that had not ran correctly in about a decade. I had other "mechanics" work on it who were basically part changers, and while there is nothing necessarily wrong with that, this bike needed much more than simply changing out a few parts. I dropped it off there and they gave me an estimated completion date, which they honored, and gave me a great price for the repairs. I even threw in a couple new tires out of the deal as well. I see some old reviews that are not favorable, some really old ones that are good, and a recent one that is ok. I'm telling you, I could not be more impressed with the quality of their service. I really don't care about the ambiance or anything like that: can you get my bike running well at a reasonable price? The answer is YES. That Yamaha screams like the day she came off the show room floor, and forty years ago, this was the definition of a superbike!
