Called to clarify policy information to a health provider and the representative I dealt with was quick and courteous. She even offered to go to bat for me directly to the receptionist at the providers office.

One of the LARGEST insurance companies in the area and they are still functioning in the 90's. It should never take anyone 60 minutes on hold to get 1 piece of information for the patient. At least some of the reps are nice. Do better! It's 2022 and there are better software programs and phone systems out there.

I had a great customer service experience with Susan! I needed help with ordering a breast pump from an online retailer and she called them with me to get it all sorted out. I can't thank her enough as this was my first time doing this and was so lost! I hope she is able to see this as we got cut off before I could thank...
