Carson St Clair of Block and Co handled a recent sale for me on behalf of a non-profit organization. The property we were selling had some challenging aspects to it but Carson took on the assignment with a most positive attitude. He communicated all throughout the process and I found him to be very responsive and professional. He ended up bringing four viable buyers to the table and in the end we were very satisfied with the deal we were able to make. Carson exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend him as an agent for any commercial transaction.

A few months ago, I was tasked with putting together a plan to sell two commercial properties on heavily traveled highways while still maintaining very successful retail businesses at the same time. I had a general sense of what the value of these parcels were but little beyond that. Fortunately, one of our clients recently sold his business and underlying real estate in the same general area as one of our locations. He told me that if I am considering listing, the only person I should retain for representation is Bill Maas of Block and Co. For that advise, I will forever be grateful.Bill and his team put together a "game plan" and executed perfectly. The results exceeded our expectations. That in itself is impressive considering I always anticipate problems and stress in these kind of transactions.Additionally, I should point out that when I first called Bill, he answered his cell within two rings. I laughed at the thought that I must have caught him in a very good moment. Now , I realize, that every single time I have called him, he has either answered right away or returned my call very soon after. I started to think that I was his only client. Once I realized how many listings he was responsible for, ( all similar to mine), it proved to be even more impressive.There is a immeasurable value in being able to engage with a professional that actually takes a considerable amount of stress off of your back and let's you focus on other parts of your work, while still delivering on every task. I am comfortable is saying that hiring Maas and Block ranks among one of the best professional decisions I have made in a very long time.

Max, Carson and the entire team were incredibly helpful, responsive, and transparent through the entire process. Even when unexpected hurdles arose, Max and his team were there to work alongside me to problem solve until all of the details were finalized and we were able to take ownership. Weak team in negotiation . All they care is about the commission. No expert experience and wise in dealing contract especially in sales from what we have experienced. We get nibbled the whole process of sales by buyer’s side with a lot of useless demands and fake documents to close the buyer’s deal. Always in a deep hole of getting ripped and pulling stunts by the buyer.

As everyone knows starting a business is super stressful and difficult, but with Jordan Allison is my property management he walk me through the process with the Landlord and make sure that we get what we need and make the process goes smoothly for both party. He went out the way with quick response and check in often to make sure I’m doing good or need help with something. The neighbor also been super helpful ( five guy , and millionaire barber) for helping us. I love this place and the people that help god bless you to successful.
