I called these folks having never done business with them before and John treated me like his best customer. I wasn't spending a lot of money and my purchase required quite a bit of extra work on his part, but John was happy to oblige all of my requests. I don't foresee a need for many floor service products in the future, but if I do these folks will be my first call.
