That’ll be hard to find elsewhere.Shirts, puzzles, cups, our amazing coffees… anything you can think of.Prices are reasonable and the staff is always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.Thanks for all the years of being there for KC!

Good gift shop with a wide variety of souvenirs. Heavy emphasis on food products which is great. Prices are on par with or beat those at Rally House and the airport.

I've worked with Best of Kansas City twice now to send gifts with personalized notes. Our first mailing included 32 shipments with a personalized handwritten letter in each box and the second was just one box, but shipped out of the country. They're extremely efficient and easy to work with. I definitely recommend buying from this store full of wonderful local KC product!

One of my dress socks didn't survive the trip down to KC this week. The hotel gift shop didn't have any men's socks but gave me a tip about The Best of Kansas City in the Crown Center having dress socks. A convenient walk through the indoor catwalk from the Sheraton took a few minutes. The store is on the first level, near Shang's Tea House. The employee greeted me upon arrival and I found a variety of KC style socks to pick from. While I was there, I decided to pick up some KC style barbeque sauce. From the picture, you will see lots of great selections to choose from. I didn't think too long and blindly picked a jar. The cashier told me that was his favorite barbeque sauce but then, I wondered if he says that to everyone who buys a container of barbeque sauce? Overall, a nice walk to the stores from the hotel and a neat shop of gifts and KC items to pick from if you want some memories of your KC trip.

our KC friends sent a 3 pack of bbq sauce to us in california. 1 of the bottles opened a bit in transit, which i am sure was not their fault.my husband contacted them, and a brand new 3 pack arrived this week. that is customer service!
