I’ve had my hair done now by Liz a few times and she is amazing. I giver her a rough idea of what I’m looking for in either cut or color then let her do her thing
Stylist: Liz kills it every time I’ve seen her. She puts in as much time and love to my hair when I’m her first, middle or last client of the day.

I had the best service with Sage today!! I had an unfortunate series of events scheduling with another BB location but this location was able to squeeze me in so suddenly last minute and I could not have been more happy with the outcome! I didn’t feel like I got the correct haircut a few weeks ago at the other location but planned to fix it at my next color appointment. Sage took my inspo pics very seriously and brought them to life! So very happy for her and her skills!

MacKenzie has been my go to for YEARS. My fellow cancer sister, we get along so well. I absolutely love her! She's been doing my my hair, my sons hair and my mom's and we will never go anywhere else. Very knowledgeable and talented and sweet. Never disappointed and we always have the best conversations.

Mackenzie was amazing! I booked with her after the stylist who has been doing my hair for over 5 years informed me she is no longer able to take clients due to health issues. I was a bit nervous to trust a new stylist to cut my hair but Mackenzie took great care of me. My hair is textbook perfect, as was the shampoo and blow out. She was funny, great to talk to, and had great tips and tricks to share with me. Her prices are very affordable for the service you are getting. I will definitely be booking again and I think I found my new go-to stylist!

I am very nervous about getting a haircut so when I asked my hairdresser Dominique to take it slower with my haircut, she said “ If I take it slower, I’m going to charge you for a double haircut Because I don’t have time” I understand not having time, but I had to wait 20 minutes after my scheduled time, so was that person charged for a double haircut? (I ended up not getting the slower treatment)
I asked her for layers and a trim, and when I showed her my reference photo, she said “that was totally possible” Come to find out, she wouldn’t follow my reference photo and halfway through the Haircut she said “I think you’d look better like… I’m going to give you my Normal men’s haircut.”
Excuse me? I didn’t ask for a normal men’s haircut I asked for layers and a trim. (Which I didn’t get layers…) she then openly talked to a coworker about how curling my hair and doing my reference photo would’ve taken “too much time.”
All in all, Dominique was rude and rushed me into getting a haircut that I didn’t ask for. And if you can’t do a haircut with another one scheduled after it then you should space out your appointments.
