“Today in the freezing rain. I walked in to get a new battery. Without hesitation Bruce helped me install it in my Silverado. Bruce is the real deal and he was determined to make sure I left a satisfied customer. He answered every question and took no short cuts. I will be a forever customer at this location due to excellent customer service and professionalism. If you need anything for your vehicle I highly recommend stopping in. “I had taken my daughter to Kansas University for an appt and my Tahoe overheated I called O'Reilly Auto Parts on Wordall Rd in KC I explained to a young man named Courtney that I am a very short woman and I didn't think I would be tall enough to put antifreeze in by myself and he told me to cone on in and he would do it for me ... he knew who I was the minute I got there (probably cuz I am short ha ha) he was super nice, friendly and helpful. We had to wait a bit for it to cool down but he came back out and put it in. He had the greatest personality, and I appreciate that from a customer service standpoint... “I had an issue with getting a battery hold on my car it was a horrible experience lol. But I went here to try and buy a new part and Dj came out and helped me get it on in a heartbeat. Super helpful amazing worker and he can help with other things too. This location has my business. The other employees were just as nice and helpful”
