Drove here from a distance because it says open online and it’s 2:57 pm on November 1st and they aren’t open. Waste of time and life. Lucky It wasn’t a brick through the window kinda day for me

They need to open up a branch downtown again. The ATM's half of the time do not work nor can use the touch less half of the time. Also evertime I get money dispense out, one of my bills gets stuck. Fix the ATM's and make the ATM's available 24hrs.

5/24/23 update: everything seems to be working, but I am disappointed that the ATM only dispenses in $100 increments.Original review: Cardless ATM does not work for both ATMs. There are 3 iPads for video conferencing, but none of them work; they are either in setup mode or can not connect to WiFi. I could not find a number to get any help or report the issues.Do not come here unless you need to only use an ATM and you have your physical card with you.Cardless ATM works fine at ATM near City Market.

Doors are locked so you can't use the ATM at all.

Bank of America used to have a branch downtown. The cheap kiosk that replaced it, isn't a suitable option.
