Entered branch on Wardpark way in K C. Two folks in line. No teller on the line. Teller at drive up was knitting. Ask manager if there any tellers. He advised that there was only one

I love the Ward Parkway branch of Bank Midwest. The staff is very friendly and laid back, which is very important to me. I love working with people when you can tell that they care about you.

Ward Parkway branch is worst bank ever! By far the worst customer service, with rude staff and ridiculous wait times! The Saturday crew clearly can’t stand to be bothered and would obviously rather be anywhere else but at work! Also the entire teller station is littered with trash from Oreo containers to McDonalds trash. I will definitely be moving my business somewhere else. If you have to do your banking here, I recommend avoiding the Ward Parkway location for sure.

The rainbow location is gone Shawnee dr bridge is out with so few locations it’s becoming real inconvenient to continue banking here

Nobody can ever help me. Always say I need to call the main line. Then the main line says I have to go to the bank. Terrible customer service.

Had a friend use their bank and she was met with incredibly condescension. Surprising to see that they were so unwilling to work with a military family. Seems to be a reflection of their values.

This location is extremely unprofessional. The brunette with comedones and manager should not be in customer service. This interaction alone makes me want to leave this bank entirely.

This branch never seems to backed up for it's customers. The road on the side is a lil confusing when making a right onto ward Pkwy coming from state line.
