I'm changing my rating to 5 stars because of the very prompt and considerate reply to my original 4-star rating. The only reason I originally gave a 4-star rating was because the film we saw "shuttered" a couple times toward the end of it. Upon further consideration, I think this is probably a technical issue with the film itself (the digital copy from the studio) and not the fault of the theater. Overall, this is a FANTASTIC theatre and I HIGHLY recommend it!! ? ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I love Northland 14. It's a secret gem. Maybe we've just been lucky, but there has never been a huge crowd. We are able to go right in.

With upgraded seating, this is another solid option for movies in the Northland. Reclining, heated seats are great in the winter. It is easy to get to and there is little congestion on the surrounding roads so it's also easy to get out of. It's clean and has plenty of staff each time we've been there. We will return!

My wife and I love this theater, we go three to four times a month depending on what is showing. We love the staff, they are always courteous and friendly. The two managers that I know are outstanding, the one woman manager was also very outstanding, we believe she got promoted to the home office, thank you B&B theaters

Terribly understaffed on a Saturday night. Everything was a wait. Started the movie late after a lady finally complained that we sat there for 15 minutes .. then they couldn't find their rear with two hands and kept trying to start it. Finally started it and the sound was way too loud. Bathrooms were a mess, and all the Manager was wanting to do was leave. #Bad Show.

This was our first time visiting this theater and we were very pleasantly surprised. Small cozy theaters with heated recliners made it feel like we were watching at home. It was very clean (bathroom included). And the popcorn was the best we have ever had! We'll be going back next weekend. You need to give them a try!

They seem to be understaffed a lot, but the service is still always friendly. The seats recline and are comfortable. Great place for the kiddos and sometimes they have $5 movies

Poor management. My sister and I went to the theatre Friday, October 13th to watch Taylor Swift's Eras Tour movie. We were the only ones in the theatre for the 4:45pm show. After the credits we were excited to see and hear the concert. That was not meant to be. It's hard to describe the noise, but it was definitely not Taylor! The movie buffered, and when not buffering, made a terrible sound. After a few minutes we found the manager and he nonchalantly stated he would turn it off and restart, never mind that we missed the first 5-10 minutes of the movie. He never checked again, but the problem was not fixed. I had to go search him down again and asked for him to resolve the problem. His resolution was to give us our money back or we could wait for the 6pm show. Again, he was not really apologetic, and when asked what he could do for us as the manager, (possible food voucher, discount on another movie), he replied he couldn't do anything! I feel as a manager he could have either given us something for our experience, or contacted someone who could. I will never attend that theater again, and will pass this experience on to others!

Outstanding and never crowded! Delightful staff that's eager to please! A bonus to our area with clean theaters and easy access on and out.... no complaints!

I love B&B!!I usually switch between Liberty & this one. This one seems to be the less busier of the 2. I went to see a late night movie tonight and had the most pleasant interactions with the employees! While it was late, they still had a smile on their face and were super nice and accommodating. The theatre was clean and they have the comfiest chairs with seat warmers!

Movie was 10/10 (Barbie) but the service would have been better had the popcorn been free refills and the movie actually started at 2pm. There were 40 minutes of advertisements during this movie and it was ridiculous!!

We showed up for a company function this afternoon and overwhelmed the staff. Too many people ordering too many items in a short amount of time. The staff were courteous and patient, worked hard and as accurate as they could. They worked as a team and got everyone taken care of as fast as they could with very little error.The theater was spotlessly clean. The bar was available and we'll stocked. The movie went without issue and the sound was top quality. A wide variety of menu items and snack items were available. I suggest signing up for the B&B rewards program. I sure did!10 out of 10 would recommend, 3 out of 5 stars. Wouldn't change a thing. #HailNimrod

Had a really good time at this movie theatre. The reclining seat option was amazing. They even had heated seats. The popcorn was a bit overcooked but overall I was satisfied with the place. The employees all had Santa hats so that was fun. The guy behind the bar seemed to enjoy and take pride in his work. Staff was friendly and place was kept very clean. I was surprised. This is definitely the cleanest theatre I've ever been to. You guys are doing a great job. It's no surprise you have such good ratings (which is a reason I chose this place). I just moved here and I haven't been to any other theatres but I will definitely be making this my go-to place.
