They are the worst, I just bought a car and it was defective and I went to have it repaired and they only put glue on the broken part ?, they are disgusting ? and they leave you angry for not repairing the damage to the vehicle

I applied online for a car. The salesman, Byron, called and asked what kind of car I was looking to buy. I am very open and he was snarky about that response. He then started to ask me questions that could have been answered by running my credit, which is why I filled out the application. He refused to run my app afterwards, which seems pretty shady. When I asked to speak to the sales manager I was put on hold, after several tries. Then they disconnected the call. BUYER BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!

This place is a janky car lot that financed lemon cars there rude there liers only been haveing the car 3weeks an i haven't been able to drive it in a week an I've been catching ubers to work but yall bugging about a payment yall need to be shut down treating hard working people like that an takeing they money an rigging engine light to not come on an I see all these reviews naww these reviews are not the truth about this car lot

I want to start off by saying .... If you left a 5 star review YOUR LYING! Me and my dad went as cosigners we got a 2014 Chrysler 200 baby blue for 600 down. The guy who sold me the car name was Mike . Immediately after we got the car I was told that he 'Quit". The car worked fine for a couple weeks. After about 3 Weeks while I was at a gas station the engine went out on me as SOON as I cut the car off. They told me it was a brand new engine . They never got it towed . Then , when I payed the money to get it towed it took the 3 weeks to give my car back . After about 2 more months of having the car while I was backing out of my driveway the car breaks went out . I called my mechanic and he told me that I HAD NO BREAK CALIBERS causing my breaks to slide out from under my car. When I called them they told me that the calibers and breaks were brand new . The next day I drove the car back with my hazards on and dropped the car off no explanation . About a day after that took took money from my bank account and I sued them VERY hard ! DO NOT GET A CAR FROM HERE !!!! LISTEN TO THE BAD REVIEWS BECAUSE THEY ARE TRUE !!!

Do not I repeat do not purchase A vehicle at the Kansas City location. I purchased my vehicle on Sept. 21, 2021 and soon as I got home my check engine light came on went back the next morning requesting my$2000 deposit back and was told I could not return my vehicle asked for the Manager because for one this is not my first rodeo purchasing A vehicle and should be entitled to my deposit back . At this time the Manager Crystal told me they couldn’t return my down payment so at this time I’m pissed to the max
They took my vehicle in for service and was informed in need of A Catalytic Converter remind U was said to have been repaired but why this check engine light still on. Took my vehicle somewhere to get codes read and again informed the code which shows Catalytic Converter to be replaced. I again goes back to this dealership and was informed being was an Aftermarket part replaced is the reason why my check engine light was still on, and now just recently had to spend $2000 for A Engine Timing Chain replacement and was informed by my Mechanic that I took my vehicle to that this same job has been done on this Vehicle before with old used parts… You know what Auto Zoom y’all really need to diagnose your vehicles before ripping off customers cause I am not too happy & soon looking into getting A Lawyer

I’ve been with them for two years and I can tell you from experience half the cars they sell still have liens on them still that the consumers are paying off with high interest rates
