Great people went in thinking it was a battery issue turns out it wasn't they ran a test on it. I noticed the belt was broke. And they helped me to make sure I got the right parts I needed. Would go there again.

This is supposed to be under my boyfriend’s account And I would just like to say we came in with our service dog named Loki. He has a jeep and didn’t take long for a refund and battery installment coming back made us feel welcome with our service dog. They did not refuse us and tell us that they couldn’t do anything or couldn’t explain anything or just give a stern no. They make sure we under the policy and everything that came with it they made sure I walked out of there with a great deal. They were refunded me the battery and even my own store that I go to couldn’t even refund it and All I have to say is liberty Missouri location has to do better as a store. I’ve spoken to a few district managers and I’ve yet to get a hold of anybody all I would like to say is shout out to the store and shout out to Mandy also on North prospect for opening the Uber for me To get the battery inside the car, you guys are awesome. Keep up the great work. I wish there’s more of you in liberty.

This place sucks
Especially the one on Antioch rd in Gladstone the workers tell you anything and they are always hanging out in the back room getting paid to sit in the back and get attitude if you ask them for help

Don't know what kind of store you all are running , but something needs to change. My son in law went in to get oil, and front brake pads for my wife's car and the salesman wouldn't sell the parts to him because it wasn't his car???? To say I am perplexed is an understatement, an auto part store that won't sell oil or brake pads unless it's your vehicle, if that's the case I suggest all mechanics to shop elsewhere . Will not be back ,even for windshield wiper fluid.
