“I have used Commerce as my primary bank for over 25 years - both personally and for my business. I've always had secondary banks too. Compared to others Commerce has been head and shoulder above. Has the service always been prefect - No! But compared to the other banks over an extended period of time it has been far superior. Most impressive has been how they respond to suggestions and criticism. They always take the time to listen. Sometimes they embrace the fact they need to change. Other times I get wiser about why Commerce can't provide my perfect solution. Either way I walk away feeling like I have a partner that will take the time to listen and help.”

“It felt like old school banking in a good way. I was greeted at the door by the manager and she got me and my kids sat with a banker right away in their office. I haven't had to actually go into a bank in over a decade because I do everything online, but my kids wanted to go in to open their first checking accounts. The banker made it super fun experience for my kids and even told about how they would save half of their birthday/Christmas money every year and they had thousands saved by the time they went to college. Now they want to go back and open savings accounts lmao.”
