Got me confused with someone else and kicked me out. Refused to let me tell any side of my story and threatened to arrest me

One of my favorite places to catch live music or comedy. The place has interesting decor good beer and easy parking. Acoustics are hard to beat and upper row levels have a good view. Widespread Panic was the best show I've seen there... and saw them 5 times here!

Saw the Fleet Foxes here with my sister. Amazing show. Hard to stand for so long but wow, what a beautiful venue!! Can't wait to come here again. Concert people, you need to come here and see a band play here at least once.

This place is so cool! I've walked past here countless times in the past 3+ years and would have never guessed that the inside would have looked the way it did. The architecture was incredible. I could have probably spent 2 hours walking around and taking in all of intricate details instead of watching the Dustin Lynch concert and still would have probably given it 5 stars. They had plenty of bars and staff was good about keeping the lines moving. I'd recommend the "off menu special" of the double pour of wine (pretty much a whole solo cup) so that you don't have to go back and miss any of your show. I'm already looking at the upcoming events because I want to go back!

I went to Arvest Bank Theater for the first time last week to see Straight No Chaser. This is a very nice venue and the staff was super friendly and helpful in telling us which way our seats are. We were all the way at the top in the balcony and it was extremely hot up there. I am usually cold and am known to take a sweater with me everywhere I go and I felt like I was going to pass out because I was so hot and sweaty. When it was time to leave, it felt cooler downstairs so we are wondering if it's just really hot up high. My husband is going back again this week for another concert and he said now he knows not to dress so warm next time. The concert was a lot of fun though and I love the architecture of this building. If there are other concerts we want to see here we will definitely be back, just not wearing so many layers.

Love the Midland in all its grand architectural splendor! Sure, the bathroom lines may be long and the upstairs and downstairs trodding may be inconvenient, but it's a historic palace of a place with a vaudeville history from the early 1900s so this is exactly what you should expect! The upstairs lounge on the 5th floor has been recently remodeled and it's a beautiful place to hang out if you have the chance. Recently attended Big Band Holidays: Wynton Marsalis Orchestra holiday concert and it was a wonderful time! When they host concerts with GA, the floor space is huge! Overall this is a beautiful venue to be enjoyed by Kansas City!

This place is Awesome. Great Venue to see a show in Kansas City. They remodeled this place a couple years ago and it is beautiful. Definitely worth a visit if you haven't been here.

My wife and I were very disappointed in this venue. We have seen quite a few concerts in theaters across the Midwest. The Theatre itself is very nice. Nicer than some, not as nice as others. Carpet stains all over but that is somewhat to be expected. We had seats in the upper level and there is an aisle between the last row and the "Chandelier Bar". There was a couple who decided to stand in that area and chat during the entire Mark Knopfler concert. Of course they had to talk loudly to drown out that annoying concert that was going on. At any of the other Theatres that we have been to, the ushers would have shut that down. I had travelled to Kansas City and stayed in a hotel. Lots of time and lots of money to listen to two idiots chat. The sound itself was not very good also. The music sounded pretty good but the vocals were really bad. I am not sure that was the venue's fault tho as Knopfler has a quieter singing voice than most. On the plus side there was a lady running the elevator who was very helpful and the seats were comfortable. The main issue was that if there were any ushers in our area, they did not police it.

John Darrah gave me the WORST service you could possibly get. I caught him lying about my rate, he won’t return my phone calls then he would ask TOTALLY inappropriate questions...

Beautiful venue, but they should not cram folding chairs in without arms to full capacity. No real numbering system creates havoc for finding the right seat. People in front of me moved three different times as additional concert goers came in later. Not only are the bathrooms disgusting, but when I went downstairs one of the workers was sitting on the toilet with the door open and did not bother to close it. Even though I did not return to my seat and stood at the back of the theater I could still see the stage really well. Several bars scattered about made it convenient for those who wish to partake and event parking wasn't so bad right next-door for $10

Cool venue! It has a classic charm about it that makes the place feel a little bit haunted and mysterious...in a good way. I was able to buy tickets at the box office as my hotel was pretty much across the street. That's dope because I didn't have to pay the stupid service charges online. Anywho, I went to see LANY while I was in town for work and it was a great venue to see him. I didn't realize there were so many obnoxious teenagers in the crowd so I sat up on the mezzanine section and I had rows and rows to myself. Plenty of leg room alone to enjoy the venue and one of my favorite artist.
