Love this store for fun finds! Discovered it in December 2022 and went back again today. This weekend they are moving everything down to the Crossroads location so definitely check them out there!

It's a cool place still. But it's definitely a place for young people. Back in the day I used to get my clothes here pretty frequently, and it's still the first place I think of when getting rid of stuff or where I go if I'm looking for something offbeat/vintage, but I went in today and just felt old. Glad it's the same though.

OMG I really like the location in the Crossroads bc it’s a lot bigger in size than the one in WestPort. I LOVE TO GO THRIFTING PERIOD!! The main reason why I love it so much is bc we’re recycling the clothes which is good for Mother Earth. Along with it’s cheaper than buying brand new clothes and as long as I look good in it then I’m most likely buying it! I want to thank you for reading my post to everyone who took their time out.. I appreciate every last one of you!!

I’ve shopped at ATC for nearly 10 years, but the staff has gotten so rude to the point that I won’t be returning. I drove there today to find that they were closing at 4 (an hour early) which is no big deal. The second I arrived this girl with long blonde hair immediately said (very abrasively) “we’re closing in 30, the dressing rooms are closed”. Okay, not that big of a deal either. I continue shopping for maybe 7 minutes before she shuts the music off and yells from ACROSS the store “we’re closing in 20 minutes, please make your way up to the cashier immediately”. Me and my partner are the only ones in the store so 1. Why are you yelling at us and 2. there’s no need to kick us out if there is a full 20 minutes left and you’re already closing an hour early. After we were forced out of the store they locked the doors as another customer tried to enter. It was so disrespectful.
As someone who’s worked retail and currently works in a high volume customer service environment - if I want to go out and spend the money I’ve earned, I’d rather not be treated like I’m inconveniencing the staff to the point that they have to mistreat and disrespect me. Jobs can suck, but honest to god these workers need to redirect their anger somewhere else. I hope management (god forbid she was management) should take corrective action over behavior like that. Judging by the previous reviews this is an ongoing phenomenon though, so I doubt anyone will take my complaint seriously. But if that blonde girl does happen to read this I hope it somehow inspires some self reflection.

I visited the new East Cross Roads store today. Large open well lit space with helpful staff. I sold several treasures from my T-Shirt vault, and was pleased that they wanted them. A great store, will visit again soon.
