“I’ve lived here for 2 months, it’s been wonderful. Office staff is great. I’ve only had one issue with my washing machine and it was replaced immediately. I feel very welcomed and at home finally!”

“Such a wonderful apartment complex! I lived there under old management and when new management took over, and I gotta say the new management is stellar. I noticed how they improved everything and it really made me wish I could stay. They added a cute little dog park, a doggy washing station, Thursday drinks, better doors, instructions on how to get the leasing office, really awesome new blinds in all the apartments, I could go on. I can tell they really care, which I appreciate. Even in one instance where I sent some grumpy emails to April because of some miscommunication on things, April responded back kindly. I can tell they care about the tenants and want to take care of them. That alone is worth living here for. Sad to leave. If you can afford here, I’d say it’s a great place to live!”
“We really enjoyed touring this apartment. The high ceilings make the space feel open, and the amenities are awesome—the spa area with the sauna, steam room, and hot tub. Kamlynn did a great job showing us around and was super helpful and friendly throughout the tour. The location is very convenient right off the highway, and we liked the large kitchen and bathroom, plus the in-unit laundry hookups. Overall, it seems like a great place to live with great facilities and customer service.”

“This is great for a starter but the closest was tiny, very cute and covenant, big bathroom, lots of space. But with adding up all the fees the price I can get a 2 bedroom but this is on Westport for younger crowd! If I was in my 20’s definitely! Guy was great touring us!”

“I was very disappointed with the last place I lived and was very skeptical that the reviews were too good to be true here. I have was pleasantly surprised that they were true. I find it amazing that one person (BJ) can run this whole place by himself and keep it running as smoothly as he does. I understand that won't always be first in line when I have a maintenance issue but it always gets taken care of in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice peaceful place to live.”

The amenities (parking, laundry, fitness center, etc.) are reliable and convenient, which makes day-to-day living so much easier.”
“Lots of cool businesses in things to check out but it was Stone Cold confusing to navigate with the building having been chopped up. If the first floor all did one thing and the second floor all did one thing and the third floor all did one other thing then that would make sense to me anyway. But it's not quite like that and I don't smell the bread so I was just confused but we got there in the end. Got to stay positive”

Jackie always comes and checks out things in my apartment for me when I think something needs worked on and Ricky helped fix my shower when the pipes broke. Also the property manager and assistant manager are always so friendly when I have questions.”
“I have been here at 910 Pennsylvania Ave for many years and my complaints are few. If interested make sure you realize this building is probably over a half a century old. So do not bother to move in if you expect a lot of modern conveniences. Such as washer and dryer in your apt. Didn't happen back in the day, I have actually seen many newer apartments that doesn't offer that. There are no gas stoves or ovens, (my favorite) but they have newer electric ovens and stoves. Understand they have a boiler for heating and cooling. So you can't turn on your heat or air conditioning until they do. Again, be reasonable, this is not a new building. The views will take your breath away, The building managers are great, maintenance is wonderful, and the people, most of them, are kind and friendly. You know there are always a few individuals you wish lived somewhere else. You will always find a clean workout room, and a beautiful pool all summer long. All and all, I have always enjoyed my stay. Nothing is perfect but as a senior I am happy!”

The issue was resolved efficiently, and he also took the time to make sure everything was working properly before leaving. Really appreciate his professionalism and friendly attitude!”

“Lived here with my partner for a year and a half. Had a good experience so far with a few hiccups (hence the 4 star), but just wanted to write a review on a maintenance worker I just had the privilege of meeting. I had an outlet issue and put in a request. It did take a month and a half for someone to come out and help, however a worker named Nate Maurer came today and helped to fix the outlet. He was friendly with my cats and we a had a great conversation. While we were talking I had mentioned that my closet door had been broke since my partner and I had moved in, but with multiple requests put out, no one could fix it. He said he would work on it and spent an hour after fixing my outlet doing so. It is now seemingly fixed and I just wanted to highlight Nate as he was super kind and went above and beyond to fix my issues. Thank you!”
