We just bought a new car and needed to get an inspection done. Went there at 7:45AM (They open at 8AM) Not one employee was there and the never opened as far as I know. We left at 9:45ish. Waste of time.

They say they open at 8am, been waiting here since 7am so I can get in , it is now 8:23 and no one has shown up here to open up or anything. What the heck!!

Took time off work and waited 30 minutes for them to tell me they wouldn't inspect my car because it was "too low" even though I advised them that they had inspected it 4 times before.
According to MO Highway Patrol: "Motor vehicle safety inspection stations cannot refuse the performance
of a motor vehicle safety inspection during normal business hours for
any cause except when the approved inside inspection area is in use for
the completion of another motor vehicle safety inspection." Will follow up with them but a lot of lost time for this.

Well I probably shouldn't even give a review because it was closed when it should have been open on a Monday morning. Don't bother calling because their mailbox is full. I was there a few years ago and it was an over 2 hour wait to get an inspection and you can't make an appointment. So I guess it's about what you'd expect with the rigamarole that is the Missouri Vehicle Inspection.

They said my stock 2012 Camaro was "too low to inspect." I have never heard of a more BS excuse. Avoid these clowns and go literally anywhere else.

Left work to come here at 3pm and they closed an hour early. Google hours and storefront hours both day 4pm. This kinda thing never ceases to amaze me.

I showed up at the right time with very few people there. They got an inspection done nice and quick! Don’t forget to bring cash for the inspection!

1st Come, 1st serve, no appointments. They are often very busy, but very thorough and nice. The actual inspection takes about 15-20 minutes. My wait was 3 hours, but the informed me of that when I got there, so it was my choice to stick around. $12 cash for the inspection.

I waited 2 hours yesterday and was told )when I asked how much longer) that it would be another 2 hours. The lady told me they opened at 8:00 am today so I got here at 7:00 am. There are 11 other people here waiting. No one is here and there is no note or nothing on their voicemail to alert customers. Very disrespectful. But I guess that’s the times we are living in! I won’t recommend or be back!
