I’ve hit my breaking point with this store. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars here and they have met me with incredulous service. Not only will they not let me exchange a gift I received for my wedding shower for a different size- something that is in stock and available- they are the most inconsiderate miserable people to be of help. My sister is undergoing major surgery for her infant daughter and does not have a receipt for the items gifted to me: my items are unworn, unwashed and have original tags on them. Yet - Anthropologie cannot help me AT ALL. What a joke of a company- for the prices you spend their customer service should bend to their customers in all ways to be helpful. This is NOT THE CASE. I will now take my business elsewhere to someone who treats their customers with respect and empathy.

A male employee followed me around the whole store. I picked up a travel size nest perfume to smell it and promptly put it back in the box to put down. He came up behind me and picked the same box and gave it a little shake to I’m assuming make sure it was still in there. It did not make me feel very good about myself. I’ve never been a thief but apparently I look like one??

Enjoy going to this Anthropologie compared to the others around the KC area. Clothing choices they have are better fit for the younger adult crowd and the staff are excited about all their clothing. Always seem to find a nice gift while I'm there.

You're store hides plus and petite sizes in the basement. How "inclusive" of you. The staff at this location is friendly but this company blows. I feel awful for your employees who don't fit the image your trying to portray. But don't worry if your fat/short you can always shop online! Just don't come in the store because they don't want to see you. #dobetter

This store is my favorite. The sales associates are so friendly, everything is organized, they always have seasonal candles burning. Never once have I left without buying something because I adore not just the brand, but this location!

I come here pretty frequently, but I had phenomenal service today! I didn't catch her name but she went above and beyond to help me out! The store has a wide variety of clothing, home goods and other accessories! Staff is always welcoming and wants to help you out!
