Horrible customer service. Probably due to the fact that the Kansas learning quest plan is managed by these guys and they didn't and don't have to do a single thing to earn that business.Whatever the opposite of investment is then that's what American Century Investments is.

Great Kansas City company! Have had accounts for years. Worked there during in college over 25 years ago. Well managed firm that truly cares about helping clients. New Leawood office is outstanding. Many excellent fund choices.
